I'm so glad we did. We spoke with the jeweler, showed him my husband's wedding ring and told him what I wanted in mine- a custom ring just for me. Not only was the cost VERY reasonable, but the work was phenomenal!!! I can't believe how perfect it turned out! I'm so happy! Thank you Mesa Jewelers, as a former jeweler, I can say you wowed me!!

Poor customer service. My mom wanted to get a ring for Christmas and we simply needed to know her…read morering size. The store REFUSED to do a measurement since we were not purchasing the ring there! That being said, we went to ZALES of all places just to get a ring sizing! Well guess what Mesa Jewelers, now we won't be doing ANY business with you in the future. Shameful that a jeweler in such a small town isn't friendly, especially around Christmas! Providing a basic service is what brings in customers.

They just tried to defer blame back on design. As they shrank it as well. Also replaced messed up shirt with one to dark. I paid full deposit and on my way to full payment, as I'm not petty, but they just lost a lot of business.
