I explained that I wanted a copy of an obituary that I would email them, and I would like two on one sheet of paper. She said ok and I waited while she did it, but she brought back multiple pages with portions of it on each page. I explained again, telling her and another worker who had approached the counter that I want it to be cohesive, and two on one page so that I could fit it into a card. They said they understood and then told me it would be three business days. I came back the following week and it was even BIGGER! Taylor brought it to the counter, a big roll, and I said that's not right, I wanted it printed two on one sheet of paper, cohesive, together as one article. Instead it was bits on separate pieces of paper, big paper! Taylor's comment was "oh, that wasn't clear". I have been a customer for many years but this is a different staff and they are not good.
