This is the worst business and group of people I have ever met. They towed my truck from my apartment complex when there was no parking left due to a busy weekend. When I went to go pick it up, they were rude and had negative customer service skills. The man I talked to appeared to be the owner and he couldn't give more than one word, angry replies. Then told me that it was going to be $305. CASH. What kind of business is charging $305/tow with a lot full of cars and doesn't accept a credit card?!? Without a doubt these guys are avoiding taxes and should be shut down; both for legal reasons and because they have the worst customer service, people skills, empathy etc. Do not take your car here, do not give these people your hard earned money. And if you do get towed, be ready cause these guys suck. Also, the ATM down the street doesn't work and its the only one in a 10 mile radius. read more

Very unpleasant to deal with them; I would not use them if I had any choice. I was in an accident, and the police called them to tow my car so I had no choice. I took my car to Caine's in March 2019 after being involved in an accident. I endorsed the check from the insurance company. So, they were paid all but my deductible up front. According to Mr. Caine, there were some issues getting the parts. Ok. That was in April. I called every week or two to check in on my vehicle. Eventually, Mr. Caine stopped calling me back. All I got was "we will call you when it is ready" or "it will be ready Friday" from the lady who answered the phone. I don't know how many Friday's passed. The only good thing I can say is that after my insurance company stopped paying for my rental car, Caine's started. However, I was getting frequent phone calls from the rental company telling me they were having trouble getting payment, and either I would have to pay or return the vehicle. This was very stressful. I was paying a car note for a car I had not seen in months. After not getting a solid answer about my car and not having spoken to Mr. Caine in months, I stopped by one afternoon. I stopped by the office first. The lights were off. I knocked and knocked. I called the office number. I then walked over to the body shop. A young man who was working on another vehicle told me Mr. Caine was in the office. I told him I stopped there first. The guy went behind a partition and talked to someone. The receptionist I'd talked to so many times came and talked to me. She was very apologetic and told me how embarrassing the entire situation was to her and said she had no control over the situation. At that time, I contacted an attorney. My attorney was unable to get Mr. Caine on the phone or to return a phone call. On 12/23/19, I received a call from Caine's that my car would be ready the next day. When I got it back, the oil had been changed and it was detailed. I'm just so glad to be done with this entire ordeal. I have all of my documentation of my encounter. I wish i could give a negative star rating. this is maybe the worst business being run in the continental united states. My truck was towed from my apartment complex this morning and drove there immediately afterwards to pay my fee. It was $285 plus a $30 late fee despite the fact that I went to pay my fee the same day. There is no reason in the world that this business should be allowed to continue ripping people off. they are evil. I got yelled at by multiple employees just for inquiring about my expensive fee. Sadly my story isn't finished. My good friend got into a minor accident in the month of October and his truck wasn't "ready" until late February. So late February finally rolls around and I drive my friend 15 minutes outside of oxford to caines and we are told that it wasn't ready. we call the owner because there was only one employee in the entire shop. The owner tells us that if it wasn't ready by friday he'd pay for everything. friday rolls around and the truck is still on the lift completely taken apart. he says that he never agreed to our deal and the truck wasn't finished for another month. Caine's also is a cash only business which raises suspicion to me due to the fact that these are completely the type of people to skip out on paying their taxes. they are evil. I would rather ride a bike for a year then let them touch my truck again. This is the utmost rudest and cluelessly run business I've ever had the headache of having to deal with. These people have NO sense of human decency. I've been in here twice and the experience seems to be getting worse every time (if that's possible.) First of all, we get in there and they have a cat licking itself all over the reception desk. Is this not supposed to be a functioning business? Not to mention, both of us who went in there are deathly allergic. Given their instant eye-rolling and rudeness, I didn't dare ask for them to remove it. They say since they are an independently owned company, that they can have cats wherever they like. Yes, you could have 10 peacocks also roaming your business but one question - why? Unprofessional. They towed two of our cars in the middle of us packing up to move to Texas today. He said since there was "dew on the windows they had to have been there all night anyways," which has literally no correlation. We had moved the car from the parking lot 10 meters away. When I was in there the first time months ago, they were all eating chicken wings at the front desk and I had to wait until they cleaned off their hands to help me. I was just as disgusted as you are. When I was in an accident awhile back, they had let someone come onto the property and take my car. When I asked who had my car and where it was they had NO idea. Nothing signed. Just let them take it. The manager started getting all high and mighty with us, saying he was going to add $250 to our already $600 bill for getting rude with him, because he "can do whatever he wants." The housing community where our cars were towed from expressed their dismay of having a contract with this man still, who keeps holding it over their heads. When I mentioned it to him, he said "I don't care, we have a contract. As long as I get the signatures then I don't care WHO likes it." As you can see, this housing community is trapped. I feel for them. This place is absolute robbery and this "family" or whoever it is running it needs to shut down or at least get an education in how to run a business or, at best, some personal skills. Reading other reviews on Google, I see the company responding and saying "MAYBE IF U CULD READ U WOULDNT BE TOWED. WE AINT A CHARITY." I am in utter disbelief that this is a functioning business. This is NOT how you treat people, nonetheless people you're robbing money from. UPDATE: I posted this review on their Facebook. These people are so terrible they don't deserve a single star. PLEASE don't take your car here if you expect to get it finished anytime in the near future. I chose to go here vs. Southland for that reason, but Southland didn't take nearly as long the last time I needed body work done AND they actually did everything they told me they were going to do. These people had my car for nearly 2 months. When I would call to check on progress nobody would return my call, and I had to continually call or randomly show up to speak to someone. Yes, the previous reviews were correct about how horrible and rude their customer service is. There was a small dent unrelated to what I took the car in for, and they said they'd fix it at no additional charge because they had my car for a rediculous amount of time over what they told me they needed to fix it. They lied. They didn't fix it. They did knock $100 off the price (which is the only reason they get one star) but it wasn't worth it for the headache it was to deal with these people, that is, when you could actually speak with someone. Please don't take your vehicle here for body work. I know I never will again. Call Southland instead. read more
