When I questioned it, the office doubled down on their lies and wouldn't even confirm whether he had done any work at all. The owner, Tim, finally called me only after I had wasted hours of my day. I told him to pull the recorded calls, because what his employees are saying simply did not happen. Now they're making me wait for another technician, meaning another four hours wasted outside my own home just to get service.
