You told me you would not fill Mounjaro unless I ordered specific brand supplies. Is that what you call a misunderstanding? don't you think I was already checking my sugar and I had diabetic supplies in my home? I actually ordered them from Amazon, and have the receipts to prove that I had ordered Contour on my own. But I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you were trying to protect the medicine for type two diabetics . But buying via Amazon does not show in your computer so you're making up stories. So yes, you did force me to have my doctor write supplies along with my medication . On my way home, I called you and asked you if everything was OK and if you would send the Mounjaro now . That's when you asked me about all my other medication that I am on . Would you like me to go further and explain the rest of the conversation because I really don't think you want that out in public . You also offered. To send your driver back to pick up the box so you can inspect it and send me another box the following day. Why couldn't you make it right and send a fresh cold box and I would have given you back the warm box. Is it because you did not have any more in supply? You could have said that, but you didn't. You called me a liar. And yes, After dealing with your arrogant attitude, I did not trust that you would send me a new box the next day. Or maybe refrigerate a box and then send it the next day that had been refrigerated. After seeing how the first box was handled, why would I want anything from you? These are dangerous medications to play games with and if you do not know how to store them and could not send me a cold fresh box at that time on that day, I don't want anything from you. I texted you the shelf life. of this medicine once it reaches room temperature and you said you were a pharmacist for five years and you know better. Well, I guess you know better than the manufacturer. You handled this completely wrong and unprofessionally I will not let this go. And like I said, there are older people that might not have caught on and people's lives are at risk. So you left me without my diabetic medication and proceeded to call me a liar. if no pharmacies had this medication but you, why on earth would I even make a complaint if it arrived chilled the right way? Why don't you think about that. Plus, I will continue telling you I have a video and there is no cooler in sight. Just a brown paper bag. A proper business person would apologize for the mistake and fix it. Not arrogantly argue thinking patients are not educated in the medication they take. By the way, I got your cell phone number because you were putting an ad up for a barista. What is more important to you? The Pharmacy in the back or the café in the front? Absolutely the worst experience ever. Edit: Funny he should have the gall to say I harassed him. I got his personal number because he put it on the Internet when he needed a barista in the coffee shop. So I texted him screenshots of why he had no idea how to store and dispense, and the shelf life of this medicine. Once it's warm for 21 days.. I was trying to show him since he would not take my word for it and kept insisting that it's good for 21 days if it goes to room temperature as long as you put it back in the refrigerator it's good until the expiration date, which is nothing but demonstrating his ignorance, arrogance and horrible professionalism. He seems more interested in the cafe hookah Part of this business. And to mention that, imagine having coffee and sitting in the café and sick people are passing by food and drinks to get to the pharmacy, which is in the back.? I think the health department should really look into you also. I told you that day on the phone that if you did not make this right and you leave me without my type two diabetic medication, I will report you. So this cannot be of any surprise to you. And telling my doctors office that you fix fixed situation is another lie. When nobody had this medication, and you somehow did, you took advantage, made demands and I was stupid enough to overlook all of these red flags because I needed my medication. And then you sent it.Warm. if you sent it the right way I never would've said a word. So think about that, why would I complain? Your response is very foolish. And I will also warn all of my doctors not to send any patients to you because of this. Have you gotten any prescriptions from my doctor since this? No. My word is Gold. A small coffee shop with pastries, a pharmacy in the back, and a couple of small square tables that you can do work in. I always love dropping in for an oatmilk latte since their espresso is strong and they have ecofriendly lids where no straws are necessary. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service can be a bit slow at times as there is usually only one person working the FOH. They offer seasonal caffeinated drinks as well including PSLs and nuttella lattes. read more

I am not understanding the raves at all. I got and ate three muffins, three bagels and a roll yesterday. All were incredibly bland. The muffins were entirely devoid of flavor, particularly the chocolate. The roll was pretty tasteless. The cinnamon raisin bagels managed a couple of tasty raisins which couldn't hide the most boring bagels I had eaten in ages. I couldn't believe how the whole worthless bag of food was just a load of empty carbs in the final analysis. read more

What a wonderful coffee shop. I stumbled across this on my to go on google maps, and was finally able to pop in this evening. A friendly and cozy environment with a wonderful menu. I got a cappuccino and an apple turnover, and my brother got a cappuccino as well with a blueberry muffin. The Apple turnover was perfectly flakey and the perfect size. The blueberry muffin was moist on the inside and the coarse sugar coating was perfectly crispy. The cappuccino was perfect, not to hot where it burns your tongue. The customer service was great, super friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a fully stocked pharmacy in the back on the coffee shop. I will definitely be coming back and greatly recommend for people to give the shop a chance. read more

I came to the shop to get a COVID test. I was told if I filled out the application I could have it done. The website timed me out twice. I just got it to go through as the man from the store was finishing up with the man ahead of me and he told me I would have to wait over 30 mins in the cold until he came back out. I don't usually go out my way to leave reviews, but wow! Today I happened to find this cute coffee shop with my children while looking for the pharmacy. Their menu looked intriguing, especially the Nutella lattes. I asked the young lady if it tasted artificial and was made with flavorings rather than actual Nutella. She informed me they use Nutella cream, espresso and that it is a popular seller (I don't like Dunkin Donuts and Starbuck's lattes). I decided to try it iced and oh my! It was delicious!!! I stepped out and hit the curb while my drink was in the stroller. My whole drink spilled all over the floor, but it was SO good that I had to go order another one!
