When I asked for cookie crumbles, I was charged another $1.00 and given what amounted to about a quarter of an Oreo cookie. I'm not exaggerating. I'm a small person, so I know what a modest portion looks like--but this was tiny, even by my standards. It felt more appropriate for a 5-year-old than a paying customer. What frustrates me most is when "specialty" shops charge premium prices for products that don't feel special at all. The only thing that seemed exceptional here was the inflated cost. In all honesty, I would have enjoyed a Peanut Buster Parfait from Dairy Queen far more.

The line can't move if you can't check us out! Our ice cream was melting while we were waiting to get checked out. Not the girls fault unless they know better. Management should train to keep the line moving, have one person help the customer all the way down to the register and then go back to helping other customers. It's a lot faster and more efficient. The thing that always bothered me was I always felt like they were over charging me. Today I went in and bought 6 donuts, 4 glazed at $1.00 ea. and 1 cinnamon roll, 1 filled bar at $1.95 ea. I come upright $7.90 plus tax. I got charged $11.44 after tax. When I asked why it was over $3.00 more than it should be, I was told I got a half dozen donuts. A half dozen large donuts. I didn't get large donuts again I got 4 small a 2 large $3.00 less. She took the box back and gave me back $11.00 and walked. I asked to help me and bought 4 small donuts payed for it and then bought the 2 large donuts and payed for them and it was $7.90 with out the tax.Some of you may say it's only $3.00 but its more than that don't forget the $2.00 tip. Also how many people are they overcharging each day. I believe they know people are in a hurry and they know they can get away with it. I promise I will never go back.
