Additionally I live out of state and am visiting family in the area so I won't be using their services regularly but Tara took notes on how I liked my brows done so when I come back in the future it'll be done to my preference! And I pointed out her brows as an example of the arch and shape, but she left me with butchered 90s brows that have drastically changed my appearance in a way I cannot fix. Jenette, the manager, saw my google review and called me this morning (May 4), and told me "there was nothing wrong with my brows", she defended her brow artist, told me I was speaking to her out of line, but that she would not at all want my "after" brows either. She offered for me to come in and "fix" them. When I asked how, she said she would tint them. I tint them weekly. A tint doesn't grow hair.

I was paired with Angelica for my brows. She did not disappoint!! This was my first time doing a lamination so she explained the process to me so I could feel comfortable. The process was quick, painless and comfortable. Despite being busy, they were able to make sure all clients were attended to in any way possible (offering water, guiding them to their seat, or asking questions).
