Girl wasn't rude but barely said 3 words, she was quick but there's unfortunately a huge difference between someone who can clean up your brows and someone who's going to truly shape them to make them look even.. unfortunately I just got someone who took out all the hair outside of the current shape which I could have done myself with a tweezer, not what I come to get threaded for.. read more

I did not get the name of the woman who did my eyebrows, but she spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, my eyebrows were left uneven, with one noticeably longer than the other. When I first sat in her chair, she did not greet me and immediately got on her phone to make a call. Throughout the beginning of the session she went back and forth between working on my eyebrows and talking on the phone, which felt unprofessional and distracting. As a man who was weary to have someone work on my eyebrows- they took special care to assure me I was in good hands. I felt very comfortable the entire time and the threading did not hurt whatsoever. I just moved to Arizona from Dallas Texas and was looking for someone to reshape and fix my inconsistent and thinning eyebrows, due to bad shaping by other threading people elsewhere. I messaged this business via Yelp and they replied instantly. I went in for eyebrow threading with Farida after chatting with her on Yelp and she understood what I was looking to fix. I got my usual eyebrow, upper lip and chin threading and ended up trying tinting per her recommendation AND I could not be happier! The place is very clean, both staff and customers wear masks covering nose and mouth. They accept credit cards and have enough parking. Highly recommend! I'll be back! read more

I came a little bit before 9am because I work at 10 am and Farida was nice enough to take me ! Then I was told that they now have a stylist that does haircuts and blow outs for a super reasonable price ! 50 dollars for a wash, cut and style ! 40 dollars for fancy blow outs and 30 for regular! These prices are unheard of ! I asked if Carla (the hair stylist) if she was able to give me a cut before 10am and sure enough she was ! I came to work looking fabulous from my cut and blow out . This place is the best!! I have been coming here for over 2 years now and won't go anywhere else. I can't get waxed anymore due to breaking out after so threading is the way to go and it lasts longer. I see Farida or her daughter are amazing and know exactly what they are doing to make you look great. They do get busy so make an appointment but you typically don't have to wait to long either way. I drive 30 minutes from my house for these ladies! This is the only place I trust to get my eyebrows sharp without taking half the thickness & I've never had a bad experience with any of the threaders. It's always in-and-out so you can expect to be done within 15 minutes of arrival, even on busy days. The salon is cute and the staff are polite, never going anywhere else. read more

This is with tint. After starting Farida suggested using tint, that it will help thicken my eyebrows. I think she messed up early on and from there tried to fix it. I haven't seen the mole on my left eyebrow since the 2000s when thin eyebrows were a thing! They are also uneven as you can see. (They look thick because she had them put tint on it.) I told her I wanted them even, she even checked with me "do you want to leave them thick?" I said "yes". She has done by eyebrows before and I asked her about the tint, she said I should NOT do it because my eyebrows are so thick that it would make them look funny! Times past I came here and got someone random, they also thinned them out. I tried to grow them back and made sure to get farida. She did fine so I erased my review and decided to just go with her. The last time she was rushing and the start of my eyebrows were un even but still thick. This time it's the thinnest I've seen in 10 years?! It took me a year and a half to grow these out from the first time they thinned them out. I've had enough experiences and heard enough of there excuses on why it happened. Nobody is perfect but this shouldn't happen. Take a five minute break in between clients to not just go into zone mode and take someone's eyebrows off. Currently googling how to take off this tint! read more

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... I cannot tell you how nervous I was to get my eyebrows tinted and how pleased I am with my results. I have super fine and light colored eyebrow hair in contrast to my dark brown natural hair and have always wanted to have my brows tinted but have been dissuaded from the pictures I've seen where after tinting you just have huge blocks of dark color that don't look anywhere near natural. I love my results. I just expressed that I didn't want anything crazy dark and I would prefer to not have so much color near the front of my eyebrows. My name is Farida and I started to do threading out of my house back in 2014 for 2 years until I realized that I cannot handle all of my customers on my own, so my daughter Asra started to help me. On August 2016 we decided to get a real salon and now we are located in East Phoenix on Thomas and 40th St. and that is the only location we have. Now there’s 4 of us working my daughter and I and two other ladies. And if you like me to do your eyebrows I’m there most the time ,but Thursday, Friday,and Saturday I’ll be there 100 percent. just ask for my name. Hi yes about 25% of our customers are men. We leave eyebrows very thick especially for male. Just a little clean up and trimming is enough. Unless they need more shaping.

Anjali cleaned up my brows in a timely manner and even gave a nice forehead massage at the end, which I had never gotten before but really appreciated. I also was grateful that the price was affordable, $10. Not super close to me but I'd definitely keep this salon in mind for future threading needs!

I searched online for a new eyebrow threading place since brow art 23 in paradise valley always had rude employees and last time they made mine too thin. I was nervous to go to a house so I took a friend. She asked how I wanted them and she really listened. She was inviting, sweet, and treaded my eyebrows to perfection. I was from out of town and was in need of getting my eyebrows cleaned up. I never had them threaded before. I found this nice lady online. I called her and she was able to get to me really soon.
