(Descriptions are from the menu) We started with the Texas Tonion® A Texas-sized portion of onion petals fried to a crispy golden brown and seasoned with signature Prairie Dust. Flo's Filet®. This iconic cut has been here since opening in 1981. A very tender center cut is coated with signature Grill Seasoning and seared to lock in the classic buttery flavor. - You knew everyone enjoyed this Just from the expressions on everyone's face. They had a wide variety of sides with the main meal and most of us went with a salad and potato or greens. Chop Steak*.
