Each flavor was decadent and delicious- coated in a sweet buttercream frosting, yum yum! The macarons were equally delicious! They were soft and the cream was airy and flavorful. My favorite was the chocolate- so good. The colors were also so cute. The pastels really complimented the vibe for the wedding. I heard that the service was amazing, too! Everything was on-time and the Butterfly team coordinated nicely with the wedding planner. The vibe of the bake shop is friendly and cute.

Several flavors--including the cherry cheesecake, wedding cake, and princess--were dry and lacked the moistness I used to love. The carrot cake was so soggy it tasted underdone. What surprised me most was the owner's response after I shared my feedback with an employee. She actually called me, but instead of trying to make it right, she told me nothing had changed with the recipe and maybe the ovens just needed calibrating. No offer to replace the cupcakes or even a simple apology. In my experience, a caring owner would have at least offered a refund or replacement to make things right. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like customer satisfaction is a priority here anymore. My family and I will take our business elsewhere. I decided to check and sure enough the owner changed around the time I started having a poor experience here. FYI, Maybe you are over mixing your batter and it's not the oven.

Not only is open 24 hr (25/8 to them) the donuts are STILL fresh at 6pm and there is a variety still available.
