Ms Viola creates cakes for the Louisiana Castle. A wedding cake and a groom's cake are included in the packages that they offer. She also does cakes/desserts outside of the castle as well. She doesn't do email, but she's pretty awesome about creating a cake to fit your vision. If you find a picture online, you can print it out and show it to her (snail mail or in person) and she'll make it for you. Both of our cakes were beautiful. The wedding cake could have been a bit more moist, but it was pretty, and designed exactly the way I pictured it (maybe even better, actually). read more
