We met at an agreed upon location later the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem. The lithium batteries had apparently been drained after several days of dry camping. He provided invaluable information about our lithium batteries, our monitoring system and other related equipment. We were able to get our generator started which enabled charging of the batteries with our solar panels. He kindly stayed with us until we were underway. Vince took a few weeks to do the work, The next day I attempted to use the trailer brakes were locked up and wouldn't budge. He had someone else attempt to fix his problem. When Vince came out a 2nd time, finished work again (ask he kept blaming my truck for the issues). All seemed well, until the next day when I used my trailer I noticed he had unplugged trailer from truck. I found out after I reached my destination the lights won't go out unless you unplug! Again he blames my truck. I gave him a 2nd chance and he failed. The LQ Horse trailer repair business explained: Vince completely mis-wired, the 7 way plug, as well as the wiring he worked on in the back he used house connections not the correct connectors for a trailer. In the future Vince, if you're not sure about something just be honest and state it. Don't blame, or make the situation worse.

Arrived at my Rv site in Paso Robles and immediately had no luck leveling my Rv…read more After 3 hours in the hot sun of trying to troubleshoot my issue I gave up and contacted 805 Mobile RV. The message said to leave name make model and year of Rv and issue, given my past experience with other mobile Rv repair businesses I wasn't gonna hold my breath for a return call. While I was in the process of manually leveling my 40 foot 5th wheel Mike the owner operator called me back and told me he would be at my location first thing in the morning 9:00am sharp. To my surprise he was like clockwork. Upon his arrival he immediately started to troubleshoot my problem and figured out my issue. I needed a new left front jack stand and motor. I was prepared to pay out of pocket since I figured he did not work with extended service plans and to my surprise he accepted and worked with Good Sam extended service plan got my repair covered ordered the part and had it here next day. Literally in less than 24 hours he had me up and running. While he was here he repaired my front awning which had been separating from my unit and it is better than before. Highly recommend his service he made me feel like I was important and took care of business. So much so he will be my new service tech for all future needs. After Mike's inspection including pictures, Mike said patching was not the way to go as there were large and too many holes. We were scheduled to leave on a 3+ month rv trip in 3 weeks and Mike got it done in 2 weeks. He dealt with our insurance company and got the roof replacement and a new A/C included.
