Where do I start. Arrived at my Rv site in Paso Robles and immediately had no luck leveling my Rv. After 3 hours in the hot sun of trying to troubleshoot my issue I gave up and contacted 805 Mobile RV. The message said to leave name make model and year of Rv and issue, given my past experience with other mobile Rv repair businesses I wasn't gonna hold my breath for a return call. While I was in the process of manually leveling my 40 foot 5th wheel Mike the owner operator called me back and told me he would be at my location first thing in the morning 9:00am sharp. To my surprise he was like clockwork. Upon his arrival he immediately started to troubleshoot my problem and figured out my issue. I needed a new left front jack stand and motor. I was prepared to pay out of pocket since I figured he did not work with extended service plans and to my surprise he accepted and worked with Good Sam extended service plan got my repair covered ordered the part and had it here next day. Literally in less than 24 hours he had me up and running. While he was here he repaired my front awning which had been separating from my unit and it is better than before. Highly recommend his service he made me feel like I was important and took care of business. So much so he will be my new service tech for all future needs. We had Mike inspect our 5th wheel's roof after having a local rv dealer tell us we had a small hole in it. After Mike's inspection including pictures, Mike said patching was not the way to go as there were large and too many holes. We were scheduled to leave on a 3+ month rv trip in 3 weeks and Mike got it done in 2 weeks. He dealt with our insurance company and got the roof replacement and a new A/C included. We will use Mike again if needed and highly recommend him for any any rv repairs. read more

We were traveling North from So Cal, and day 2 had an issue with on onboard transfer switch (shore power to generator power). We called and left a message, on a Sunday. Mike called us back a short time later. We told him the situation, and he said he could have the part and do the work at noon the following day (Monday). We were planning on meeting friends in Templeton for lunch, at that time, so it was perfect. Dropped off our motorhome at noon, and 2 hours later he texted it was ready! He went over everything and we were back on the road! So grateful he was there, abke to help us out, and sent us on our way for our trip. Mike Leal at 805 Mobile RV Repair is the best technician we've ever worked with. We had five technicians look at our failing Norcold fridge but Mike was the only tech who was able to get us working again. He also replaced our water heater, fixed our underbelly, fixed our brakes, and got our cable TV working. He's honest and knowledgeable. He's also fair when it comes to pricing. Id recommend him to anyone. FYI, we are South Dakota residents but were in California with lots of issues. Any future issues we have we'll be traveling back to Templeton, CA to have Mike fix them. Mike was absolutely stellar in fixing our Airstream. We were camping in Big Sur and pinched our pigtail in between the hitch and the rv. We were in a major jam and could not get anyone to help. Plus we had no cell service and it was very hard to communicate. But Mike made the drive from a couple hours out each way to get it done. He then came back a few days later to fix another issue we had. Above and beyond service and he got us back up and running. Bottom line is this is a very professional company and he's highly competent. He was formerly the main service lead at one of the major RV dealers in Paso Robles. I called this company for a repair on my RV but they would not return my call. The message recommended texting the phone number. I texted a detailed text. No return text. So, I figured they were busy and waited a week. Called and texted with no return call or text. If you don't want my business at least give me a courtesy call. Don't recommend. read more

Friendly and great service with tips about preventative maintenance to stop other things on the RV from failing, and even some suggestions of things to do and see in the local area (we're tourists). Called to have them look at electrical problems on my 41 foot RV before my Zion trip and they never even bothered to return my call. He must have so much business with all the RVs on the road now that he does not want any new customers. Poor way to run a business. read more

Incredible service. Mike is awesome!! He treated us great and did LOTS of work for us while we were in California. We were once Central Coast residents but now are full time RVers who will eventually land in South Dakota when our house is built. Even when we're stationary in South Dakota we'll drive back to the Central Coast of California whenever we need RV repairs. read more

I can't say enough good things about Mike at 805 Mobile RV. We had an electrical short in our main 120V supply on our trailer and were totally without power. Not even battery. Despite having another commitment, Mike was able to work us in today and not only fixed the short, but he was able to figure out why the 12V system wasn't working properly. He clearly knew what he was doing, was an altogether pleasant man to deal with, and was more than fair with his price. We were in Paso Robles on the first day of a trip. An issue with my 12 volt power happened that night and our furnace or lights would not work. It was 30 degrees outside and 42 degrees in the coach. Mike was booked that day but made the time to come and look at the RV. Even though he couldn't find the part he was able to complete a work around so that we could continue our trip. We had an unexpected problem with our 31 foot Cardinal 5th wheel while staying in a local RV Resort. After trying 2 phone numbers for other repair services, we had given up as it was getting late in the day. My husband went for a walk and came across a truck with 805 Mobile RV on it, and asked the young man if he was available to do repairs. He said he had a couple of other stops first, but he would come by and see what the problem was. Long story short.....Mike, the owner, came back, and spent a good amount of time researching the problem, diagnosing it, and explaining the options for repair. He ordered the parts, and said he would be back next morning at a certain time, and about a half hour before that time, he called to say he was running a few minutes late but that he would be here. What a delightful young man....conscientious, polite, very knowledgeable, worked neatly,......we will use him for ALL repairs in the future! Good job Mike! read more
