Dan was up front about the minimum charge to meet and diagnose the problem and I thought it was very reasonable. We met at an agreed upon location later the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem. The lithium batteries had apparently been drained after several days of dry camping. He provided invaluable information about our lithium batteries, our monitoring system and other related equipment. We were able to get our generator started which enabled charging of the batteries with our solar panels. He kindly stayed with us until we were underway. I appreciated Dan's professionalism and highly recommend Cal Coast RV if you ever need RV service.

They stand out by being amazingly candid, genuine, and compassionate. Let me convey an example. My truck was totaled by my best friend's wife who successfully avoided a deer only to encounter an oak tree. We had the truck towed to the only place geico recommended, Team Auto. When the independent tow company came, they said, "oh you're going to Team? They're the absolute best here. They do excellent work." I figured that perhaps they were insincere and working the two companies in concert. Didn't believe them.. Yet. Then later that evening after dropping of the truck I went to a grocery store and was chatting with the store manager about the day and my truck. He wouldn't stop going on and on about how he thought Team Auto was the very best around. It seems like from my small sample size here, the town of Paso Robles loves Team Auto! But that's not all. My experience with Ed was out of this world. In a great way. Since I live four hours away, I wanted my mechanic to work on my truck locally at home. This needed a long distance tow to make happen. Even though it meant that Ed would lose me as a client, he went out of his way to call all his friends to find me the best price for a tow of 250 miles. While we were waiting, he personally drove me over to the uhaul dealer and waited with me supportively while I inquired about renting a tow dolly to tow it up myself. He was genuinely helpful and altruistic, but not at all in the "used car salesman" kind of way. Ed and his team are top notch. While talking with him, I saw pictures of some beautiful cars he built and painted for celebrities like Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno. These are real car guys and if they choose Team Auto, rest assured they've done their research. Also, Team Auto apparently built one of the batman cars for one of the Batman movies! They're passionate about what they do and it's obvious that they don't look at their job as work, but rather it's a pleasure for them to make each repair a work of "art". I would work with Ed and the team again in the future and would go out of my way to bring my car to them for repairs. They're the best of the best. And they're great, humble, and generous people on top of it. Hats off to Team Auto Collision. It's reassuring to see a car business doing it right.

Travis and his assistant arrived in near 100 degree heat in rural South Monterey County to be of support. My husband was very happy to see them! Travis was very professional and thorough in making an assessment of the contributing factors. He located and corrected faulty wiring that was not inspected by Bay Area Airstream when it was recently in for service. At that service we specifically requested a systems review due to intermittent solar function and battery charge dropping on sunny days. Thanks to Travis and Noah for braving extreme heat to restore the safety and use of our trailer. Highly recommend them!

Travis and his Son's replaced the broken exhaust manifold bolts on my Tiffin Class A motorhome. It…read moreis a very time consuming task as broken bolts are often stuck in the heads. Travis found a way to weld a new bolt onto the old stud sticking out of the head and got them to come out in the proper way. This is a case of using the right people to do a complex problem that could have been easily screwed up by a less competent mechanic. I have found them to be very qualified and quite nice people to work with. He does all kinds of RV repair, in fact he was on his way to handle a broken black tank valve when he left me. I do recommend Travis and his sons for anything RV related. I know that they will do the job the way you want it done.
