Although it was a relatively simple dish of pasta with a cheesy sauce and truffles on top, it was done to perfection. I'm not sure what else they put in the sauce, but it was simple yet delicious. There was also a generous amount of truffles on top, which were great. The only thing is that it cost me 38 EUR for this not-so-big portion, which I felt was a bit high even with the truffle.
The staff (including the Italian owner) are super friendly and helpful. The service speed is a bit slow, but we let them know we were in a rush and they were able to accommodate. We were able to get a table on a Friday night with no wait, and the atmosphere was a perfect middle ground between lively (with the upbeat music) and intimate.
Overall, Il Vino is a top notch Italian restaurant (albeit maybe slightly pricey) with a vibe that is best suited for smaller, more intimate groups / pairs.
