He said that my printer may not be reading the chip correctly but not to worry because their cartridges have a 100% guarantee and to just bring it back in and he will replace it for free which he did. However, I received a call earlier today (4 months after conducting business with them) about an outstanding invoice. The lady said she had mailed it to our office 2-3 times yet I never received anything. We paid our bill when picking up the brochures back in November and even when I emailed the invoice that marked us as paid back to Accent Press, there seemed to be confusion. I called to confirm they had gotten the email an hour after I sent it and I was treated rudely as if I had done something wrong. They claimed they hadn't received the email. I have never bought anything here nor will I ever. I called to make sure that this was the right…read morelocation for fingerprinting and the worker who answered the phone treated me like I was completely stupid. He told me I was ignorant for searching his business on the Internet and finding, as he called it, a random number and dialing it to see if it's what I wanted. I checked the address with him and he said I had the right one. He smarter off to me again when I asked if he knew of anywhere close to his location that did finger printing. So I told him something must be incorrect on the government page for locations for fingerprinting. I called the state and checked with them, it was the right place, and they had a state worker in there ready for fingerprinting. If this is how this worker treats someone who has a simple question about his business, I would hate to see how he treats anyone else. I was left in shock by the phone conversation, and it was easily the worst one I have ever had with someone over business. I will buy a crayon box and draw logos on my t-shirts before I use this company for any printing business.
