Then they expected me to pay for the part they broke. Owner became very belligerent on the phone and even called my daughter a "Tramp" and we had to get the police involved to resolve the bill. STAY AWAY!!! Update: It also appears that they broke a piece of the molding in the wheel well. URRRRGGGG! Another Update: Looks like they did a bunch of damage to the rotor and some other parts under the car. HAD HAMMER MARKS ALL OVER THE ROTOR! Had to replace it. About $800 in damage! Absolute 1st time experience to call our insurance roadside assistance. Tow truck driver, Frank, arrived within an hour of service call. He was extremely careful with the truck in its situation. He explained his thoughts and how to avoid anymore damage to the broken area.
