Their prices are about the same as Safeway and Sobeys but not as good as Real Canadian superstores. The staff are generally pretty friendly and helpful. Parking is fairly good. I ended up having a delicious latte with soy milk while I waited the few minutes it took to make my bowl. We were able to pick up some organic mango coconut yogurt, some lavender epsom salts, Kokanee beer, salad, and sparkling water. We were hoping to buy some fish to cook up at our cabin, but the fish selection didn't look too fresh - so we decided to just stick with the select items that we had. I adore grocery shopping, and while I appreciated the vastness of this store - we had much better luck finding fresher items at other grocery stores in the area. Trust.
