I made a real effort to be there: took time off work, picked him up early from school, and drove from Arcadia to make the appointment. When we arrived, I was told the appointment hadn't even been written down. While I did receive an apology over text, the communication felt very casual given the situation. I was told she forgot to write it in her book and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told her it was my son's birthday, I told her the journey that it took to get us there, without any real attempt to accommodate us that day after we had already made the trip. There was no service recovery offered, which was especially disappointing given the inconvenience. Out of respect, I showed up as scheduled, even though my day was hectic and I had considered canceling, because I didn't want to waste her time. Unfortunately, that same consideration wasn't returned. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to make it right is what stood out most. Great first (and only) facial from her but I would advise to confirm multiple times that your appointment is actually secured.

But Helen is great in answering text messages and getting back to you. In my first appointment. I got a lot done. Dont remember the majority of things that were done. But I know I got a facial as well as a mild chemical peel. My follow up appointment wasent as deep. But more work was done. Her office room is comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed lying on the bed. And experiencing all the different equipments she used on my face. During the "procedures" it was very comfortable and relaxed. Shes super knowledgeable and nice about everything.
