When I spoke to Alex, the manager, on the phone and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule and helped me with all my questions! There is so much positive to say about this spa! I came here for a girls day for my Moms birthday, I was a little nervous because I did not know what to expect since we had never been here before but as soon as we walked in the spa w we're taken away. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and very neat. The owner carol let us set up some balloons flowers and charcuterie board for thee festivities and she also gave us a complementary bottle of champagne and provided the glasses for us. I have been consistent and with my facials and my skin has never looked so good. I get compliments on my skin every where I go, thanks to Carol. I went here twice. First time, I had a facial. She was in rush that even though the jelly mask is not dry yet, she already removed it with a wet cloth. She did it too hard that it irritated my face slightly. My thought was it's fine because I bought the facial for a Groupon price. Second time, I went here was to remove hair on my face. Omg! She did it too hard and very fast! It was very uncomfortable. could feel the razor on my face being push down. When I was coming in on my 1 hour lunch breaks, she was aware of my time limit but still tried to give me the full treatment in a personalized way. Carole will also work with you when you let her know of specific problem areas you are trying to target. She's helped fade my badly microbladed eyebrows.
