So glad I found Pamper Me Spa through Groupon late last year. Carole and Natalie are the best. No pressure in selling products, they just want you to relax and enjoy the treatments. They definitely Pamper ME and no doubt I will return for more visits. The microdermabrasion facial is relaxing, extractions are not painful, and you will more than likely take a nap. In addition to facials, I've also tried their teeth whitening treatments. I've noticed a big difference after one visit already, so I end up buying a package. When I spoke to Alex, the manager, on the phone and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule and helped me with all my questions! On the day of my appointment I was kindly greeted with FREE CHAMPAGNE and a warm atmosphere! I love the decorations and ambiance here. I felt right at home. During my appointment, Carole the Owner and Esthetician carefully examined my skin and came to the conclusion that I should consider the Microdermabrasion package if I wish to see improvements in my skin. There is so much positive to say about this spa! I came here for a girls day for my Moms birthday, I was a little nervous because I did not know what to expect since we had never been here before but as soon as we walked in the spa w we're taken away. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and very neat. The owner carol let us set up some balloons flowers and charcuterie board for thee festivities and she also gave us a complementary bottle of champagne and provided the glasses for us. I am super careful and picky when it comes to services, one of my best friends gifted me with a gift card to Pamper Me Spa. I had not had a facial in years but decided to give it a try. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Carol who was warm and friendly. It smelled so good and spa was very clean. This was almost a year ago today. I have been consistent and with my facials and my skin has never looked so good. I get compliments on my skin every where I go, thanks to Carol. She is amazing and is very knowledgeable in skincare, she is always doing new training and learning about the new trends. My favorite facial is the vitamin c glow. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. They also offer body sculpting, Natalie does amazing work and I have also done myself. She did it too hard and very fast! It was very uncomfortable. could feel the razor on my face being push down. I feel like she's scrapping my face with a razor. when she put the mask on my face, I felt like my whole face was on fire! It was very painful. She gave me a few cuts on my face. When I was coming in on my 1 hour lunch breaks, she was aware of my time limit but still tried to give me the full treatment in a personalized way.
