He could've easily upsold me on the highest package, but instead he told me straight up: "For your skin, just get the middle package, and any lotion after that is fine." That kind of honesty is rare. The owners (I assume) contacted me about updating my review. I never in my wildest dreams thought that someone would cross reference my real name in their system and call me up. (I didn't speak to them; I was out doing errands) I did state in my original review that the customer service at the front desk was great. I know cause I'm in the retail customer service field and have been an operational manager. So, I notice great customer service. Very cheerful and helpful. The salon had a lot of people in the waiting area - so it's a popular salon. I got the impression that not a lot of people book the mystic tan booth (and I will update that front the original review it's NOT mystic tan brand name, but another companies spray tan machine) I don't know the exact brand name, it did have a light that looked like the type of my husband would clamp to a ladder if he was painting. Like something from Home Depot. Maybe it was entirely safe, but just didn't like this feeling that a light was needed to be clamped to a "mystic tanning" machine. It should have its own light. I go to a mystic tanning place in Placentia, that is voice activated, tells you to turn and sprays each side, and has heating between each spray cycle and at the end. This machine was pretty basic. But I did like the color it produces. Not enough to go back again, and now I feel very self-conscious that they called me up (twice) to clarify the review. As I stated in the original review, the young girl at the front gave me the impression that she wasn't too knowledgeable on the machine besides knowing how to change the cartridge. I stand by my original review besides it wasn't mystic tan brand but another company. However, when I searched mystic tan on yelp this tanning place came up. So mystic tan must be in their key words. read more

Great customer service, they make you feel comfortable. And also provide Red Light Therapy which is great for cellulite, acne, scars, stretch marks, and wrinkles. I have been doing red light therapy for the last 3 1/2 months and see great improvement on my skin.
