Ahhh I am so PISSED!!!! I have been coming here in the past few months and I liked this place,, the staff was very nice,,helpful,,,chill. BUT today and last week I had such a horrible experience with this guy name GEOVANY. He was not helpful with showing me what I needed,,,, his attitude sucked,,,, I had to beg him to help me choosing a freaking vape ,,,, when I payed he didn't asked me if I wanna have my receipt via text message ,, when I asked him to send a text message ,,he said,,ohhhh it's too late now,,, really???,,,,too late,,,,why didn't you ask me???? The other time I wanted to buy a juice and he said he doesn't have those ,,he ran out,,,,,he never mentioned when he is gonna receive them again,,, he was just standing there and he didn't even looked at me,,,,,,,I had to ask many questions to find out if he has something similar what I needed,,,, he just casually said,,,everything I have it's on the wall,,,,pick something,,,, I told him I have bad eyes,,I can't see that far,,, would you help?? But this guy just doesn't give a shit about helping,,,, (and I was the only one in the store,,so he wasn't busy),,,, he has such a shitty customer service skills,,,, I asked him for a grape ice,,,which he said he doesn't have any ice fruity flavors,,,, but it was on the shelf,,, wtf?!,,,, why the lazy lie,,,,, anyways,,,I asked him for a grape ice,,,, now I am checking its an apple-grape mix(anyways not a big deal,,,but still,,, he doesn't check and explain what it says on the box),,,, I swear I didn't wanna buy anything bc his unpleasant,,unprofessional character,,, but since I was there I was like ok,,,I just buy it,,,,,fuck it,,,,, when I payed same shit,,he didn't ask me about the text message receipt,,,,,I had to ask,,, and then I brought my card to punch it for me,,,, last time he never bother to care if I have a punch card to punch it for me,,or if I don't have it to offer me one!!! So I brought it with me,,,, he punched but I told him to punch it twice bc last time he didn't do it,,,, he said sorry he can't do that,,,I was like Dude,,,, I was here couple days ago ,,I still have the receipt to prove I was here and u didn't punch my card,,, he DIDN'T WANNA punch it,,but he realized I was right,,he said,,, ok whatever,, and he punced it with an attitude,,,,, he made it seem like it's a big freaking deal to punch that shit,,,like giving me a 1000 dollars or something?! Kidding me?! It's a stupid punch card! So I told him how RUDE he was,, and he started arguing with me! I told him I never come back,,, he didn't care! I asked him if he was the manager,,he said yes!! WOOOOOW,,,YOU ARE THE MANAGER?!,,, AND YOU HAVE A SHITTY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE!!!?! LEARN HOW TO GIVE THE BEST TO YOUR COSTUMERS,,,, LEARN HOW TO HELP THEM,,, SMILE,,,, BE HELPFUL,,,,BE NICE TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER WILL COME BACK,,,,,,,IF YOU DONT HAVE A CERTAIN PRODUCT,,,HELP THEM TO FIND A SIMILAR ONE,,,,, ASK THEM QUESTIONS,,,,,,DONT JUST STAND THERE QUIETLY AND SHOW HOW MUCH YOU DONT CARE,,,ASK THEM IF THEY WANNA HAVE A TEXT MESSAGE RECEIPT AND PUNCH THEIR STUPID CARDS!!! If you are a manager shame on You being a JERK!!! I am a business owner myself,,,, I would NEVER treat my customers like that,,,,, I learned how to give the best to my customer to make sure they are happy and they wanna come back to me!! I've been going here for some time now to pick up whatever I needed. Was looking for a quality shop with employees that really knew what they were doing and could deliver the best customer service. I was having some issues with my Nord 2 that I had picked up from this shop previously. Due to my own mistakes the device was pretty toasted. Thinking it was the pod set up I came in to pick up a pod and a coil but still wasn't giving me a nice rip. Came back in just to figure it out and Geo really broke it down and I ended up picking up a new device, the RPM Lite. He had one too and it really went to show that Geo knew the products and wanted to recommend me a product that he was confident with. Seeing that I bought a new pod and coil for my toasted Nord 2, Geo hooked it up and discounted my purchase for the RPM Lite. He got the whole thing set up for me and showed me the button controls. He also encouraged me to pick up a free bottle of juice that the shop seemed to be giving out. After this experience it really went to show that Geo and the shop itself wants to genuinely cater to their customers' needs. This place will definitely be my go to shop for as long as possible.
