The walls and carpets are so dirty and she kept telling us that the renters left the property in very good shape. I wish I could tell her how badly she has managed the place. I live on the edges of the Sacramento area, so any drive I make into the area, especially during busy times, is one that I need to plan out. I arrived at the property at 3:33 at the latest to find that no one was there. After waiting several minutes I decided to call Ms. Dominick, only to find out that she had left at 3:31 for "another showing". I do not know Ms. Dominick's skill as a real estate agent, only that she is apparently too busy to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up to a scheduled showing in case of extenuating circumstances.
