The car goes through the car wash and comes out dirty. and the brush is really hit your car hard the vacuums aren't strong enough. it is a horrible place to get your car washed. I do not recommend. read more

I purchased a membership and found out afterwards that my truck would not fit. I have tried reaching out to the company to get a refund, but they have ignored my emails and no one at any of the locations answer the phone. The lack of customer service is appalling. The only reason I selected one star is because there was no option to select ZERO stars. This company double-charged me for over two years. The overcharge was discovered in February and I have spent the last three months getting pushed aside and told I'd get call backs. I am owed almost $1,200.00. Seems like as long as you have a membership and don't have any issues, Caliber is happy to take your money. BUT when they have made a gross error and don't want to issue a refund where due, customer satisfaction gets pushed to the back burner. I would seriously reconsider membership with this company and if you do keep one you better keep an eye on charges from them! read more

Not a bad wash, but appears the same as many other $20 auto brushless washes. The perk is you can use the vacuums and detailing station after your wash without an additional charge. They have products at the stations for windows and multi-purpose cleaning. The monthly plans seem too good to be true and really are a way to hook you. The $20 plan is for one vehicle the first month then your card is automatically charged the regular $30 each month after. You can cancel anytime, but I was told you gave to go inside to see the customer service desk when you want it cancelled. Overall, if you want a good wash and have time to detail the inside yourself, this place is great. If you have time to detail and wash your car every week then maybe the monthly plan is for you, but if you aren't taking advantage of the detailing station and just going through the wash I think you are over paying if you go with a monthly plan. read more

You pay almost $40 per month and are supposed to get ceramic coating wax. The light when supposedly applying the coating wax does not light up anymore. You can feel your and that no wax was applied. The light has been burned out for months. So your paying for wax but not getting any. What up with that ?? The dryer on the way out of the wash barely dries the vehicle, so you have to go all around and dry the car yourself. You must do this quickly as they don't have spot free water. They should be using filtered water like other car washes. So in a nutshell, for $40 you have to dry your car yourself and then apply spray wax. So I decided I'll d wash my car at home and save the $40. A no brainer. read more

I have a new vehicle and it got damaged in the car wash. I called the claims department to see if they would help and they refused to acknowledge the problem because multiple cars did not get damaged. It is clear they are more interested in their membership fees than their members. Is this really a business model you want to join? read more

Not a great experience with Caliber. I had aftermarket tire pressure sensors on my car. Never had a problem before in 3 years of ownership and many car washs. I went through the wash and came out with a flat tire. It broke off the valve stem. I understand that things happen but the staff was very rude about it. I had to change the tire in their lot, was late for an appointment and cost $275 to repair. Not happy... read more

On 4/1/24 @ 8:49 AM, I purchased a car wash with wax for $23. Ticket #5395550 and TC# 555. It was the worse wash I've ever had and the most expensive. The attendant did NOT do the walk around where they spray the front and back and the tires. The back of my SUV was not even wet at all. The back window was not done. The windows are now all spotted with hard- water spots. Never again. read more

Since my previous review, they have worked to keep all aspects of the car wash working properly, they employees and extremely friendly and accomodating. I have gone back to utilizing them and have a monthly account as it is an EXTREMELY great value for the money! I highly recommend the premium wash as it is only $30 per month and I mean, for unlimited washs per day for $1, you can't buy anything any more for a buck! Congrats to the owners and managers to whipping this place into shape. I DO understand that when you're dealing with so many mechanical parts, SOMETHING is going to break and now they seem to be on top of all the repairs. If you are happy with soap and water for car wash, this is the place for you. My initial use was less than satisfactory. Two days prior I had ran through some love bugs. The attendant helped me through the gate. She never mentioned that equipment used by this car wash would not remove love bug stains. I needed to remove them with 20 minutes of hard scrubbing with a soapy brush. I brought this to the manager's attention. He asked me something about my automatic dish washer. I assured that I never tried to clean my car in the dishwasher. read more

First off, NEVER give these people your credit card number to sign up for monthly unlimited washes. I made that mistake, and so far I have made 2 trips to the car wash, and met with people in the office, and informed them I no longer want the monthly service. Despite this, I have had them continue billing me, and have had to get my CC company to reverse the charges for 2 months now. I have sent them emails with a copy of my receipt showing I cancelled, nothing seems to work. Again, NEVER sign up for a monthly service, unless you want it to be a lifetime of headaches. As far as the car wash itself, it was okay at times, other times not. It was common to find no clean rags to detail your car. Sometimes the car came clean, other times it needed extensive detailing after the wash to be clean. The workers there all have a casual, I would say indifferent attitude towards customers, Again I repeat, NEVER give them your CC to sign up for the monthly unlimited washes! read more

Lord help you if you have a wreck inside the car wash (it happened to me). I was pushed into the back of the vehicle in front of me. I found out the wash has no automatic stop when something happens inside the wash. They claim the vehicle in front of me turned her wheel and ran out of the track causing it to stop? The conveyor then pushed me into the back of her vehicle. It took them about 15 seconds to respond to shut the wash down. The driver of the other vehicle was told that nothing happened so she left. After I was sent back into the wash I came out and found my front end damaged. Nila (the manager?) (I had to ask her name) then tried to avoid me and was trying to get the wash back up. She was extremely rude when I called her over. She kept walking away and offered no information except to say that the wash had insurance (implying responsibility) and not to worry and wait for her call (never came). After a few emails I was told the district manager said to get two estimates (implying they would accept some responsibility). After wasting my time getting the estimates they said they were not responsible and gave me the other drivers license plate (I am not authorized to obtain info from a license plate) and good luck to me. So beware of this wash and understand you're on your own should you have a problem. The staff is real young, Nila looked to be about 16 or 17 and was not trained in customer service at all. read more

I wash my car almost everyday so that the wax and coating have a chance to build up. My only complaint is the roller brush almost never comes down to get the roof of my car! Every once in a while it gets the car in front of me and comes down for our car but other times we see it spinning but it doesn't touch my car. Very frustrating! This is what happened to me last week at the Caliber carwash I was told that they weren't responsible , the truck is too old and the rust had been on the truck for a long time . To which I responded bull t. I have looked on their website and guess what no names no business addresses. Beware of this business they broke my brake light assembly on top of my truck and then the equipment proceeded to take off my paint on top. I just retired from the carwash business. I would have never treated my customers like I was treated. Caliber you don't need this kind of publicity I will see that you will get plenty of this kind of publicity in the future along with prosecution in the courts. I paid extra money 16.00 dollars to get my car washed and have the tires shined. I left this place and although the car was clean they didn't shine my tires. Guess I can buy a 4 dollar can off armor all and do it myself. Won't use this place again! read more

Car wash derailed my car put a dent in the door, tore up the undercarriage. The manager is down right rude and just said we aren't responsible even though I told them I was rubbing when she directed me in. Getting better, but still dirty wet towels, or no towels, the car mat cleaning station needs to be swept 1inch of sand around the machine. At least the mechanics of the wash system seems to be working now. The place just needs a cleaning so you don't get in your car and track in. read more

This place started out great but, has seriously declined. Assistant Managers and employees are extremely rude. The car wash does not operate correctly, many times out of soap and overhead brushes inoperable. hand towels that are provided are dirty and wet. Sad to see what was a good service that provided great service decline so badly. Upper management needs to step in and correact some of their managers attitudes. read more

Today was the third time I was asked to go inside because the number on my plate wasn't registered. He seemed to think I was steeling from him as he said he didn't want to give me a free wash. So yes I squealed my tires in discussed of this place! He told me I had to go inside again. What did they do the last two times. The Manager in charge never bothered to ask why I was upset. Great concept and we liked being able to use the detail area. Bug pre wash seemed to just be water, no real markings to explain the 3 different buckets. The wash was subpar. Both our cars didn't come out clean. The backs of both were still dirty. Stations could be restocked more frequently. We had to hunt down cleaner and towels. We suggest adding a hand wash section or cleaner for missed spots from the washer. read more

Thinking that a newly installed car wash would have the equipment to perform a good wash I paid $23.00 for their Caliber Wash. I was very disappointed when I got home and saw what it did not clean. Then having to go over the areas missed left me realizing that $5.00 worth of quarters at a do-it-yourself place would have taken no longer and provided a much greater degree of satisfaction. read more
