This is my go to car wash. I've never had an issue here. If you're someone who likes to get your car washed weekly, they have a monthly subscription for unlimited washes. It only seems to be a value if you do it weekly. I don't wash my car that frequently, so I just go as needed. You pull into the lane and up to the ATM looking machine to make your choice. They have several levels of washes. The most expensive is $27 (The Platinum), which I tried once and was nice, but they have about 4 or 5 different ones to choose from. Once you pick, you pay and then pull up to the entrance. You stay in your car. Once your car comes out, you can pull into one of the cleaning bays. Here there are white trash cans with clean microfiber cloths and black cans to put your dirty/wet ones in, once you're finished. The cleaning bays: 1) Vacuums on both sides 2) Pressurized air to clean crevices 3) Mat clip - so you can put your floor mats on this rack and blow them or vacuum them before putting them back in 4) 2 types of cleaners - one for glass and the other for your seats, etc. Plenty of room to open all your doors and finish cleaning your vehicle. Exceptional customer service! Great value! My vehicle was extremely dirty from an off road trek I'd done earlier in the day. Brought it here and asked them to do a power wash under the carriage before I entered the bay. They did a great job! Love that vacuum, towels and window cleaner are available as well. read more

This car wash used to be really nice. I'm very disappointed how it's gone downhill in the past 2 years. The price for the highest and car wash has gone up at least five dollars., today there were no garbage cans to dispose of trash from your car. There were no towels to dry your car. The attendance are bent on getting you to sign up for a monthly subscription. The car wash itself was mediocre. My grill was still filthy. this used to be a really good car wash. This is a nice new car wash. I stopped through just to get the dirt off of my car from doing so much traveling. I only got the $10 was, but my car was still sparkling clean. They have window cleaner and all purpose cleaner for you to use in the vacuum area; they also have rags for you to dry or wipe down things in your car. I loved the fact that they had different bins that were labeled for the clean rags, dirty rags, and trash. I will definitely be back. read more

Painfully slow. We would have left but there was no way out once you get in line. A customer got out of his car to get help. The attendant was very nice, but it was a ridiculous wait time. The car wash kept shutting down. I felt bad for the staff. They were very nice, but the car wash itself was making it a rough day for them. That and the many people not following the directions about not using your brakes or steering wheel during the wash. That may have been why it kept shutting down. They have a lot of free vacuums but we didn't have time to use them. read more

Just moved here and our black Jeep was dirty. On our way shopping ran across this car wash. Paid and went threw the wash and noticed the passenger side brushes weren't touching the vehicle. Got out and found that it was was still dirty. Went back to the line and told the attendant it's was still dirty and I wanted to go threw again, she went and got the Mgr and he came over and inspected the jeep and I told him that the brush on the passenger side did t touch the jeep, he said maybe the car ahead of me hit it and threw it off. He cocked me threw and he grabbed a brush and was hand washing the dirty side of the jeep. I went threw again and again the brush didn't touch the jeep. Again I got out and saw it was dirty and Mgr was doing trash and came over. I said it's still dirty and I would like to go threw again. He said no because he didn't want to damage my paint job, I said ok I would like my 10.00 back and he said I can only give you a coupon to come back again for a free one. I said ok. He left and came back and said the reason the brush didn't touch that side was because of the tire o. The back of the jeep and it censored it and disabled the brush. I said well then I want my 10 back. He says I can't do that because Iam here to make money, I then said your not willing to give me back my 10 bucks back because Iam leaving a car wash with a dirty car, he says we'll you saw me scrubbing it and I said well you didn't do a very good job either. I came home and found an email for the company Mr. Clean car wash and a week later still no response. I can't believe that 10.00 is worth the bad reviews and horrible customer service they gave. The Mgr never raised his voice and never escalated the situation. But Dude was it worth 10 bucks. read more

Upon arrival into this lovely new facility I saw several different packages. I was greeted at the menu by a staff member. He explained that it was more or less a do it yourself car wash. You drive through the wash and at the other end you detail it yourself. The washes range from 10 to 25 dollars. I selected the 15 wash and it was a total WASTE! My car still had the Florida Road bugs on it and my tires were less than clean. To spend that type of money to get nothing more than water and some suds on my car and then have to detail it myself? NO WAY! Sorry Mr. Clean but you fell totally short of my expectations. I walked up to the same staff member who did nothing about it. Don't waste your hard earned money. Plenty of other washes in the area. read more
