Brought my truck to get washed after a trip to Ohio. It was crusted with snow debris and road salt. The employee at the front of the wash tunnel sprayed it down with cleaning solution. It came out spotlessly clean! Great result! read more

not been to car wash but self wash coin operated part. Ripoff, like playing a slot machine. $10 on credit card to spray car less than 3 minutes with some soap and water. 2nd time ripped off by these machines once with quarters and once with credit card. Instructions no clear on ones displayed make no sense. read more

They were closed today, I assume because of the hurricane Helene, so i went to Tidal Wave.. NEVER again...save your money and go to Bkleen They take their time and do inside and out, for the same money. as Tidal wave, where you only get run through the car wash and they leave the rest to you and that is only a Vacuum. We had our Journey detailed by DAMIEN, yesterday May 6, 2024. When I made the appt I warned them of the amount of our furbabys hair embedded in the carpet that we have not been able to get out. When I say this poor guy busted it allll day long to get our truck perfect that is not an understatement. When we picked it up, it looked FANTASTIC!. He worked so hard and did such a great job. They took EVERYTHING out from EVERYWHERE except the glovebox and bagged up for me to decide if I really need 55 pens, 5 lotions, 2 blankets, 5 chargers etc, etc, in my truck. Tried this place for full service. After 45 minute wait in line I decided to go elsewhere. From what I observed it is DEFINATELY NIT WORTH THE OUTRAGEOUS PROCE. Decided to use the manual " do it yourself" and it was the worst self-service I have ever seen. The selectors don't work well, it's old and not maintained at all! I ran out of quarters so I tried using my credit card and the reader doesn't even work! I went into another stall to try rinsing off the soap and THAT card reader didn't even work! This place is the biggest piece of crap car wash I have ever seen. Worst part is the owner or manager doesn't seem to care! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE TO WASH YOUR VEHICLE OR HAVE IT WASHED! read more

Tried this car wash today as friends have been telling me it was one of the best in the area. Overall everything was great. I did the ultimate and it was the first time we ever had someone clean our vehicles tires at a car wash. The staff was for the most part friendly (had one gentleman get frustrated with us when trying to line us up right. We couldn't really see out of the presoaped windows. He eventually just guided us in thru the car window) We will definitely be going back. read more

No line at the car wash. Went right through. Pulled around and was directed to go behind a van in the left lane. One worker dried my truck after a 10 minute wait. The drivers door on the van in front of me was open but no one was working on it. 15 minutes later some guys started to work on the van. I waited a total of 35 minutes and they were still working on the van. Finally I backed up to leave, the owner of the van just shrugged his shoulders. He had been there for a long time. I left without getting the service that I paid for. I still had bugs on my windshield. I should have gone to Mr.B's in Crystal River. read more

Went there yesterday to get a wash inside and out. Did not wash the rear window of the truck neither by their machines or by hand. Left soap dripping even when driving off. Did not reinstall the floor mats correctly. When they finished, my sunshade had been removed from the vehicle. Upon calling the manager the following day to ask if they had found it. he asked me if I new how many people had lost things EVERY DAY from their place and then to call back later and say they found it. He never even suggested that he would go outside and ask his employees if they had seen it. Simply inferred that I was lying or crazy and to call him whenever I found it. Manager was Extraordinarily rude. Will NEVER use this place again. read more

These people do great work. Friendly and positive attitude and on top of that they did a great job Cleaning my vehicle. It needed it, I had been slipping. For ten bucks I got the express wash with tire shine. So the first person sprays the vehicle down and hand scrubs the front bumper windshield and rear glass. After the automatic wash I pulled around to get the tires shined. This person scrubbed the tires and rims. Then shined the tires. Definitely well worth it. They have all kinds of packages from a express wash at $5 to a full detail $135. You can get the interior vacuum and glass cleaned along with the exterior wash and hand wax for $45 for a suv or truck I think it was $40 for a car read more

Service has really gone downhill. Used to be the best around but not anymore. Employees give you a hard time when you point out they didn't clean something Owner can be a jerk. Don't even try to call to set an appointment for a waxing. No one answers the phone They were really good and I recommend them to everyone, no I regret that. The old post are right they WERE good. If you want your car cleaned right do not come here. If you do come here do not be disappointed because if you don't like the service and complain to the owner you will end up getting blamed for their lack of basic cleaning skills or you will be told you should have paid more for a better cleaning. They don't do a good job and they quote the prices so the more you pay you will still be disappointed but out more money.
