It took a crazy long time for my car to be repaired and I kept being told a date it would be ready and then having that date pushed out about 3 times. I also was very disappointed in the repair itself as you can visible see issues with it. They also tried to charge me twice for the repair itself and thank goodness I had the receipt for the first payment but all in all I was not happy with my experience here at all.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a used vehicle from a private owner. The seller had me meet him at…read morethis shop, where he had the car get an advanced inspection, emissions and we completed all the other paperwork. The seller told me he couldn't meet me there to finalize the deal until right before they closed. When we got there, he met us outside and stated their sticker machine was broken so they were unable to put the inspection/emission stickers on the vehicle, but that it had been completed, there were no issues, and I could come back the next day to get the stickers put on. I understand that this was the point in which I should have said no, somethings fishy. However, I really needed a car for my family, and it was my first vehicle ever. When we returned the next day, they said the machine was still broken. When we called the day after that, they sounded confused when we said that the sticker machine was broken the other day and asked if it was working yet. They said yeah, come over. When we got there, they saw our car and said that the machine was still broken. After exactly 10 days of phone calls, sometimes very rude on their end, we were able to get the stickers on the car (that now had the check engine light on.) Less than a month later, we had MANY issues with the car. I have spent thousands more dollars in a very short amount of time on this vehicle that I was assured by both the seller and Jim that there was nothing wrong with it. Shame on me for being naive and not thorough, but also shame on them for being shady jerks.
