The $580 was based on $442 for the part that I could buy on Ebay...the OEM part... for $40. Buyer beware.

The Wagners are very honest about timetables and costs. They are good about telling you what various options you have for parts, types of repairs, etc so you understand what the opportunity costs are with respect to time, money, convenience, and quality. They are also very responsive about looping customers in on communication with the insurance companies. I appreciated that the Wagners were willing to explain auto body 101 concepts to me -- they are humble and there is no talking down or condescension when repairs/car issues are being explained. On sort of a side note, by talking to Rob I learned a lot about car bodies and just generally got some bigger picture insight into car repairs, the insurance industry, and supply chain issues. The Wagners just come across as being very decent and thoughtful guys. And not least of all, the quality of the repair is fantastic. The car looks like new and feels new. Even though I live in the eastern part of the city of Pittsburgh and the Wagners are out in a northern suburb, I would make them my first choice for future big repairs. I recommend the Wagners in the strongest, most certain terms.

They had my windshield replaced sooner than they had promised, and even completely cleaned my horribly dirty car from top to bottom, inside and out, at no additional cost. Also, I had to have a rental car for 2 days during the process, and they drove me to Enterprise and also allowed me to leave my rental car at their shop when I came to pick up my Subaru, and they returned the car to enterprise. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. I have had Yelp since 2016 and had never taken the time to leave a review until I had this experience at Rob Wagner Auto body. The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.
