So I made an appointment to go to Safelite's Pittsburgh location (cheaper than having them come to you), and a short while later I got a call back from Star Auto Glass with a quote. They blew Safelite out of the water! They were so much cheaper and they even came to me. My windshield was done the very next day within 20-30 minutes (Safelite told me plan for 90 minutes). The Star Auto Glass man, Hank I believe, even referred me to a local same-day inspection station when I asked. I was in and out of the inspection place in about 15 minutes. The price and the service for Star Auto Glass cannot be beat-- if they service your area, look no further.

No call Got a hold of customer service said they would find out what's going on never called back. The technician said he was going to find me another rearview mirror and order the clips for the visor. Never heard back from him!!!!! Not to mention he tried to tell me the casing was cracked already!!!! I pointed out what the problems were before he started so that we were both aware. Non of them was the casing of the rearview mirror and not was the clip for my visor or the bad molding that is rippled or all the scratches I have found!!!! Soooo upset!!! Applying tint to car windows is something that someone who doesn't know better might think is easy. Well, I know better. I am very happy with the tinting that Car Tunes did on my vehicle yesterday. I didn't have good light to look after it was completed last evening but I just got a good look at it. It may take a while at the current temperatures (currently less than 20 degrees) for the tint to cure and it will probably be several weeks before I roll the windows down. The first time they wrapped it they made a ton of mistakes as per the pictures. They did take it back into their shop two times to fix it and it's still not right! This company does not know what they are doing. It's a bunch of boys who don't come to work on time, as I had to wait for them when I had appointments. It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. I couldn't even see what they did as it was dark & the drivers side had a tree on it, I could hardly get in my car!
