I went it and filled out and verified a few things and all I had to do was wait for rental shuttle that they called. Very easy transition. They answered all my questions . A couple months ago I purchased a new RAV4. I hadn't made the first payment when one evening a poor, terrified deer ran into the front side of it, damaging from the drivers quarter panel all the way back to the passenger's door. To make matters worse, I'd just returned from an out of state interview and had to leave for another the next day. During the repair process I would be in and out of town constantly. My insurance gave me the list of places to have my car repaired and I chose Caliber due to their outstanding reviews. Having been married for 14 years to a perfectionistic, professional body shop owner I dreaded this situation. I'd seen him deal with other body shop's work: misaligned body panels, poorly matched paint, paint not blended correctly, cheap parts, orange peel and metallic that didn't lay correctly. The thought of possibly haggling over poorly executed details, while flying around for job interviews, was exhausting. Thankfully, my experience throughout the process was professional and went above my expectations. There were texts on the progress of my car and invitations for questions. Cody was my official contact and he out did himself, but every contact I had with the people who work here was exceptional. They truly went out of their way to make a stressful time, stress free. I picked up the car yesterday. They again went way (!!) out of their way to help with my rental car. I was embarrassed to get so much help but incredibly grateful. The process of rental return, which could have taken over an hour, was shortened substantially. The car? Body lines were aligned, panel gaps even, metallic lay the correct direction, no obvious orange peel in the paint. A bit of missed overspray on a trim piece was buffed out without any hassle. Why do I mention this? Because it's easy to be good when you're perfect, but how a business and individual handles issues as they arise are the real tell of quality. Remove all items from your vehicle even if it's something as small as whatever dumb thing you have hanging from your rear view mirror. The secretary at this location was scatterbrained and very non-empathetic towards helping me locate my loss item. She even informed me that since I signed the release of my vehicle, the items are no longer their responsibility. While I was there getting my things I forgave the fact that a trinket that I had in the dash was missing. I even told one guy that if he found it he could have it because he remembered it and said it was "so cool". The front window was missing from the suv (understandably since smashed) when I went to pick up my things so it slipped my mind to get the charms from my rear view mirror. When I remembered I called and was immediately told the car was picked up this morning. I asked the secretary if the window/mirror was taken also and she said she'd have to check so she put me on hold and then came back and said the person was out on lunch and she'd have them give me a call. The call never came so I called once again and was put on hold again. She came back and said it's gone. I asked if my property was put aside and she said no. She went into a spill sounding off like a disclaimer stating that it's not their responsibility once I sign the release form for my vehicle. But disclaimer aside where is the human decency? I asked for the information of who picked it up and she said she doesn't have that info and went into another spill about how the insurance companies work with having the cars picked up and taken to an aution blah blah. Apparently a phantom tow truck picked up my car? She doesn't know who picked it up. I explained to her that I was understanding towards them about the other item that went missing in my vehicle but this item was sentimental and I'd had it for 20 years. She could care effing less. She was nonchalant and without a lick of empathy. How do I know she even talked to anyone when I was on hold those 2 times? I actually highly doubt it. I informed her that it's hard for me to believe that I am the only one who could leave something in a vehicle. They are in this business so they should give a heck. They should have a standard protocol for items left in vehicles before and after a release form is signed. It's good business practice. I told her that they should discuss this in an employee meeting. Maybe since they are so "big" and "known" and get work from insurance companies, they can slack off in this area since they'll get work regardless? Maybe since my vehicle ended up being totaled out after their inspection instead of being repaired there, I wasn't worthy of top customer service. I didn't know my suv would be totaled out or I would have removed every single thing from it. I was initially under the impression that it was going to be repaired since the only apparent damage was the windshield, dash, and console. Still, when dealing with someone's things (which is the business they are in) there should be a defined way of handling all of it...not carelessness and nonchalantness which is what I experienced. PS. It's been some time since I was there. I wasn't going to submit this review because some of their employees understood customer service. But this part of my experience sucked...and therefore I will share it. Heck if it helps someone else from going through a similar charade... read more

They provided a vast performance improvement, primarily via weight loss of the loose change they stole from my car. It was only a roll of quarters and 4$ to 5$ of other loose coins, but you should trust where you have your car repaired. If you plan on getting your auto body work done here (mistake), make sure you take everything out of your car, as they employ at least one thief. read more

I stopped in & met with Keith Taylor about getting a mirror for the drivers side of my car, I had a little run in with a big bird. He came out, checked it all out to make sure nothing was damaged & had the mirror ordered & installed the next day & it didn't cost me an arm & a leg. I can't rave about the folks here enough. I had to bring my husbands truck in after I hit a tree when I slid off a gravel road. They we're recommending to us by our insurance USAA. So I called and made an appointment and took the truck to them. They were able to take the truck in that morning I didn't have a way home so Trevor drove me himself to enterprise so I could get a rental. And then after that he called to give me constant updates on the truck. And 1 week later Michael called saying come get the truck it's done. The color match on the truck is perfect and they are very efficient at keeping me as well as my insurance company and enterprise in the loop so I didn't have to stress over that. I recently had a misfortunate incident that resulted in having to get some body repairs done to my truck. The staff at Caliber Collision was amazing! They quickly gave me an estimate, shared the estimate with my insurance company, helped me arrange a rental vehicle to use while they repaired my truck, and they kept me fully informed every step of the way. My car was sideswiped and needed doors replaced along with door locks. The overall repair was done well except that they kept messing up the door locks. First, I could use the key but t not the keyless entry. They said they fixed it but now you can use the keyless entry but not the key. Very low and pathetic attention to detail. I recently tried to use them again but they are closed weekends and only open till 4pm during the week. I work out of town so there was no way I could do anything with those hours. The worst part, when I called, the receptionist had ZERO desire to try and figure something out to make it work. When a company gets to big, customer service goes way down. read more

Extremely impressed with Caliber Collision! Had an insurance claim from hitting a deer. My insurance paid me a pre-inspection amount for the damage, but turned out there was more damage. Caliber worked with them and had them pay the extra amount. Communication was fantastic throughout, with constant updates texted to me, and the finished result was excellent! Even detailed my truck.
