They did a good job in repairing a hit and run on my wife's car, however we found a slinky under the drivers seat shortly after. At no point have we ever purchased a slinky toy for our daughter and she still does not go to school so there is no way that it could have been accidentally brought in to the car. The vehicle was purchased brand new 2 years ago and I have washed it myself many times so I know that it was not there previously. I don't want to point a finger saying that my vehicle was used / driven while under their custody but to those who think about using this location I would recommend keeping track of your mileage in and out. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! These guys don't know what they're doing! Horrible alignment with the bodywork and the wheel alignment; they didn't include important things in the scope of work that has left my truck unsafe to drive; They damaged other things too- sensors all going off on ABS, Stabilitrac, door open light is on when the door is closed, they broke my driver door window motor, which tore up my window tint (they refused to take responsibility for any of it) They failed to recommend the mechanical issues that occurred from the accident, now I'm stuck with having to replace a bent driveshaft and bent axle. Way to go Caliber! you owe me a lot of money! I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but can't let this one go! I have pictures and other documentation to prove all of this. The nicest people you'll come into contact with at a body shop. Will go above and beyond to help you when they definitely didn't have to. My car was ready for pick up on a Friday but I wasn't able to pick it up and they worked it out for me to pick it up on Saturday so I wouldn't get charged for the rental even though they're closed. They keep you 100% in the loop with all the work being done and keep you informed. read more

The location here on Yelp leads you to a random intersection a couple of blocks off the route. From the Caliber Collision location on Veterans Memorial, drive down to 8th Street and make left, the correct location is a block away on the right side. This is the third time I've been misdirected by both Apple and Google maps because of this address posted on Yelp, I had to call and ask for directions myself. read more

Someone dented my car in the grocery store parking lot and Caliber was one of my options for repair. The location at 415 E Avenue F in downtown Killeen was able to get my car in for an estimate the day after the accident, whereas the other places had a wait of two to three days. The wait to fix my car was only three days, whereas other places had a wait of two weeks or more. When I brought my car in, Caliber said it would be 3-5 days. It was done in two! When I picked it up, they had washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. Everything looked great, paint was blended and the seams were smooth. I would absolutely recommend this location! read more

I had the worst experience and I would not recommend this company. Everything started off great at first. I was assigned a representative and I was treated very nicely. My issue was when I brought my vehicle in for repairs I explained my damages and we did a walk around to access them and then I signed my paperwork. I was told they would get with my insurance company to make sure everything was good to go and then they would give me a call to drop my vehicle off and have a rental car ready for me on the drop off date. Later I received a call with for my appointment to drop my vehicle off and I was told everything was good to go. I had then expressed that I would need my vehicle back by a certain time due to me leaving town for a month 1/2. I arrive at the center spoke with my representative again regarding he damages and when I would be able to pickup my vehicle, I was assured again it would be ready & available when I needed it. When I dropped my car off I was informed everything was good and I could pick up my rental; unfortunately no one from either company had reserved a rental for me to return to work... this was the 1st issue. Days later I received an email from the Insurance co saying they were not covering the claim because the work was not approved. I called the rep and told him I received this notification and wanted to know what was going on. He then apologize because he did not confirm with them that all the work would be covered, he just assumed everything was fine. I couldn't believe what my ears were telling me. This would also explain why had not heard anything from the insurance company either except they were not covering the bill because my rep didn't speak with them. My rep then told me he would get with him manager and my insurance company and call me back. Ha! I never spoke to him again. When I called back my rep had went home for the day so I explained I had to get my vehicle because I was leaving to go out of town the next day for a month 1/2. Since they were getting ready to close I was informed I would have to pay for everything upfront in order to leave with my car since they couldn't release the car without payment. Once I paid $1200 I was informed to call my insurance co to be reimbursed all but my deductible of $500 and they would also figure out the mixup. Needless to say I was only reimbursed $70.00 from my Ins co. read more

Received 2 different estimates, 2,000 dollars apart and had to go in 2 different times. Also did not fix wifes vehicle, door was not correctly repaired......not sure why anyone thinks this shop is any good????? Just moved to the area so went by reviews to find a repair center. There were several Caliber Collision centers available within a reasonable radius. This one in downtown Killeen, TX was further away than others but had a higher rating so it was the one I chose. So happy I did and I can see why the higher rating! Everything is very streamlined from start to finish: Larry, the State Farm liaison there, was professional and thorough in assessing damages. The lovely lady at the front desk was VERY knowledgeable, organized, explained everything in detail and didn't rush. She made the paperwork process painless and offered to get a rental for me, which was covered by my insurance company. The repair process itself was great - the estimated length of time was very reasonable and I received daily or almost daily text updates on the status and what was being done. The guys in the shop know what they're doing - the finished repair was perfect. I couldn't tell there had ever been any damage. The final payment and paperwork was fast and efficient and they sent copies with me showing everything that was done. On a side note...one way I mentally rate a business is in the cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. In my mind, if the people working there don't care enough to be clean, that is just icky to me and it makes me think they may do sloppy work too. Their facility was very clean, even in the corners :) I just can't find anything at all to complain about so 5 stars! read more

NOTE: This is for 928 W Veterans Memorial, but when I tried to click it, it wouldn't let me. It would select this one or Harker Heights one. So about the experience. I brought my car in for a front bumper. They gave me a quote and said everything was good to go, things were on track. The first week I was notified by text of the status of my car and then it slowly went away. I had to start calling them on the second week. Found out they ordered the wrong bumper three times. Then the third week it felt as if they were avoiding me. I had to call and the rep said that there were some missing parts that needed to be replaced that the insurance wasn't covering. $900 dollars of parts plus the 500 deductible for my $1000 bumper. The reason the representative gave me when I asked it was taking too long was there is a lot of damage and you should say something to the dealer you bought the car from. Classic misdirection from their incompetency. Finally at the end of the third week I get my car back and two days later a plastic cover from underneath my car flies off on the highway. Then looking further in to it, they didn't even put the engine guard that helps keep the bottom of the bumper underneath, up. They charged me $900 and suggested to say you need to fix it but could't suggest the engine guard that is needed? Also, some of the plastic push in's were missing and had to replace myself. Once I called back to ask for the reasoning, the representative again tried the misdirection by asking did you call the dealer and ask what they say about this. Well the dealer isn't ask you to fix their car I am, the customer. Overall a horrible experience, but I hear the Harder Heights one is where to go. read more
