I have owned the same vehicle for 5 years, it had tinted windows when I purchased it. I have never been pulled over for the windows. It has always passed inspection with no problem. If I was the owner of this place there is no way I would have a guy like this representing my business. He is a miserable human being that takes out his frustrations on paying customers.
