12/10 customer service!! I took my car to caliber on Sunshine blvd in order to get my vehicle inspected for insurance purposes after I had encountered front driver side impact. I was blown away by their outstanding customer service. They kept in touch through the whole inspection and helped explain the process of what I should expect to deal with in the next few days with no car to ensure my ducks were in a row for insurance and all it's hassle. I spoke with a gentleman named Cody and a women Named LuLu (hope I spelled that correct) and they were life savers answering the phone when I needed in order to set a time and date to fill paperwork out and come get my belongings from the vehicle. Cody even took time out of busy schedule to help me carry my belongings out of the vehicle seeing as there was a bit of stuff left inside. I don't have hands free or phone time on break at work and if it wasn't for them and their quick and accurate responses I wouldn't have got things taken care of near as fast in order to get my payment for the car, of which was unfortunately was totaled. They really saved my skin fitting me in, especially with my several changes of dates and times via phone call to come in and fill out paperwork etc. They got me back on the road as soon as possible. They made getting their schedule to line up with mine and vise versa as easy as possible, and that is an accomplishment and favor from them I owe a BIG thank you for. I have always been a fan of Caliber Collision in many locations (except the one in Cape Coral, they're the worst ever) because I constantly seem to have issues with road debris, animals jumping in front of me, snow birds rear ending me, etc. This Caliber did an amazing job on repairing my car. My car was only a few months old, so I was nervous about getting body work done, but they did a job that brought it back looking exactly as it did, with perfectly matched paint and everything. Cody was the representative that worked with me and his communication and customer service is the best customer service I've ever received at any body shop. I have to say I could not be more satisfied with the final product and I am extremely grateful for the positive customer service experience. While I hope I never have a need to return (even though the likelihood is high because Florida is Florida), I will definitely select them as my first choice whenever I need any auto body work completed for me and my family. read more

The one at North Fort Myers has no idea how to balance and align wheels on a Subaru. The first time they only did the right side so I took it back. It was done so poorly that my car was all over the road and another accident ensued. Then I took it to Lehigh Acres. They did great on getting a proper alignment, but they totally ignored the huge scratches on my front right quarter panel! We live in Gateway, so it was convenient, but we were hesitant because we didn't get to pick it ourselves. I used to drive a big SUV but now I have a car that's its way low to the ground. Chrysler 300s. Love that car. But I haven't had it that long and I got real close to a curb. Well that curb grabbed ahold of my front spoiler and broke some stuff loose from under the car. Look like a spoiler and a something that protects the bottom of the engine compartment from getting water and stuff in it. Anyway I called caliper they told me to bring it in, I went I checked in at 8 and I waited for about 15 minutes. The man comes in and says you're done. I said what? He said yes I'm finished. I think you're kidding me. He said no we're done. I had a Yukon that was involved in an accident which they were repaired for me a while back. So I know they do good work. But these guys are awesome and go above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough good things about them like I said they did a great job on my Yukon and now they've done a great job on my 300 I've never been happier. read more

These guys are GREAT. My car was done on time, as promised, and looked like new - great work. I was having trouble making it to their location before they closed, but the manager Kevin agreed to wait for me. It was only a 15-minute difference but it meant the world to me because I was able to get my car back sooner and he was really kind about it - no problem at all. Their location is clean, professional, and they have a popcorn machine when you walk in....REALLY good popcorn - just a nice touch I wasn't expecting. Yummy. Fantastic place! My wife and I had to drop her brand new 2016 Mustang off due to her bumper getting damaged for a collision. When we got there, everyone greeted us and offered to get us any water or complimentary popcorn. After the inspection, we handed the keys over and they got right to work. In just two days they called us and said the car was ready for pick up. My wife and were shocked that it was so FAST! We went there to pick it up and it was looking better than it was when we first got it. It was detailed, clean, and absolutely back in perfect condition.
