So my 2015 GMC has been in there 3 times and they've done fantastic work. No not my fault florida drivers. I liked what they did so much on my truck. They did the work on my 2017, Harley Davidson road glide. I can't be more happier. They ironed out all the problems with the insurance adjuster. And the bite came out looking brand new. My hubby and I needed a tow for our little Ford Ranger truck to our mechanic. We called our Geico insurance and they recommended this place. The receptionist who answered the phone was really courteous and kind. However, this driver that they sent was the polar opposite. Take a good look at this guy. He is very rude and nasty. He didn't give his name. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him when my hubby said hello. No response, extremely gruff. The receptionist asked if we would be riding with the driver. We had told the receptionist that we would be following the tow truck driver to our. Mechanic. When my hubby told the driver that we wanted to follow him, he sped off like a bat from you know where. Jeez! Good thing we didn't ride with him. We may not ever be seen from again. The two stars is because we had a good experience with the receptionist, I wanted to give more stars but just couldn't. I'm sorry but that driver needs to get training on customer service. If you get this company to tow your vehicle, and you get this guy, be prepared. read more

Fir starters, but not the worst part got into an accident and the country sheriff called this tow service. The accident was about 1/2 block away from the shop and the tow cost $250 but it gets a little worse. The following day I went there and spoke with the lady at the front desk. She seems utterly miserable and completely unpleasant to speak with, I feel sorry for her husband. She said to let us know what you want to do with the car. I found out later, because my brother-in-law, that these places charged per day to keep the car. Why wouldn't she inform me of this? Oh wait... I know!! Because they are a shady business looking to screw people over. Then after my car sat a few days I went there and had to deal with the miserable woman and pay the extra fees. I had over 50+ cars repaired by Joe Zangari (the owner). The work they do is amazing. They don't overcharge. The body shop is family owned, the owner always check the quality and if there is anything that needs to be redone he will do it. I've had one car done by Maaco off of Fowler and never going back. They're cheap, but you get what you pay for. The quality of the paint is horrible, looks acrylic and there will be an overspray everywhere! read more

Not a very friendly place. Customer service was terse at best. I needed my bumper and grill replace. They replaced the piece around the grill instead of the whole grill which insurance company paid for and refused to even discuss it with me. The estimate said lower grill, not a trim piece. Insurance companies don't want to deal in small items when they are dealing with thousands $$$ claims daily. It's cheaper for them to write it off. And quite frankly, cheaper than fighting with an unscrupulous body shop. Never again, who know who else they've ripped off. read more

insurance claim on collision: needed scratches buffed out and the side panel re-painted. Referred by my insurance adjuster. When I got there no one had time to discuss the job with me, I stood at the counter and all I got when I asked what to do (this is all new to me) I was told just to leave my keys and they would call me. I felt at a loss - maybe I was in the wrong place? (I needed additional work done on my car) Nothing more got done than what the adjuster had written up. The work WASN'T done well, the paint matches and the turn around time was excellent but you can still see the scratch in the panel. Also there are RUNS in the paint. Another (major) complaint: when I got home I found that my dash ornament was missing. I went back for it only to learn that whomever had driven my car --the object FLEW OUT THE WINDOW and was then run-over and crushed by another car (they were operating). To do that they had to have driven with the windows down and at very HIGH RATE of SPEED (in a tiny parking lot) as the dash ornament was on a sticky pad and had been riding safely with me for more than 3 years without it ever falling out of the car (if you are reckless it will roll down the dash into the crevise of the dash & windshield). I won't trust them with my vehicle again; I cannot imagine why anyone would be operating my car (or yours) in such a reckless and frivolous manner.. It's not the value of the item (priceless as it was a rare gift from my grandchild) it is the knowing that the item could not have "fallen out" as they claimed - not if they had been operating my vehicle in a safe manner. (I declined the offer of a few dollar to replace it). They don't understand and a bland apology will not replace a treasure or reassure me of their respect of personal property) read more

Wish I could give less than a star cause your customer service sucks. We were referred by another towing company for a job they couldn't do and you were rude!! Yes it was the middle of the night but you have 24 hour towing service if you can't do the hours than don't advertise that you can!!!! Would never recommend EVER!! read more
