Jack's Collision Center was the only body shop willing to repair my 22 year old BMW. The issue was BMW stopped making parts for old(er) cars and I needed a new hood. I went online, bought a used and slightly damaged hood that was shipped to Jack's. The repair of the dings and dents and the paint was near flawless, the finished product was excellent. Went there this morning because my Odyssey roofs leaks. Amanda directed me to Kevin who was in the middle of an electrical problem on a Lexus. He stopped what he was doing and came over to my car and showed me how to remove roof rail and fix it myself. I worked on it for about 2 hours and feel comfortable that it will not leak anymore. I hit a mail box and made a dent in my right quarter panel. Jacks Collision took the panel off knocked out the dent re sprayed the panel and the front bumper to ensure a match. Upon collection I noticed that the quarter panel was 2 or 3 shades darker than the door. When I asked for this to be corrected Jacks wanted another $250. I pointed out that I paid an additional $250 just in case the hood had to be 'shaded in' so they agreed to correct the darkness of the quarter panel at no cost. When the car was ready I could see that there was no difference in the shade of the door and the quarter panel so I took the car home. When I looked at it again at home I noticed that the bumper was 2 or 3 shades darker than the quarter panel. This indicated to me that all Jacks did was to re spray the quarter panel to match the door and did not bother to match the bumper. I hesitate to take the vehicle back just in case the situation gets worse. read more

I took my 1970 Monte Carlo there because it had a scratch on the quarter panel driver side due to the hood hinges being faulty. I received an estimate for $1,533.07 as the total cost in repairs and to replace the hood hinges and have them adjusted. The car was there for two weeks and when it was picked up, the hood was not adjusted, the hinges were still loose, and it was so bad that it scratched the front of the vehicle. On top of that, I was charged additional money than what was agreed upon before the work started. I was not even notified of this extra charge until the bill was to be paid. At this point, the car had more scratches and problems than when it was initially dropped off. I wanted to keep it in the shop while waiting for repairs to be done on the damage that occurred while there but was told I had to bring it home. Every time I had to bring it home there were water spots all over the engine bay and the entire vehicle had to be wiped down. I even provided my own plastic to cover the motor. We were told by his painter/partner that they are not a detail shop but instead a paint shop, however, you would think they would clean after themselves. They kept telling me they were so careful with the car and by the third time there was no satisfaction guaranteed for the money paid so I recommend not bringing your car or classic car for that matter to this site. read more

Fantastic!!!! Took in my BMW roadster for a small ding on right front. Not only did they repair the ding, but found and repaired another on opposite fender at no charge. Then, clear coated entire hood! FINALLY, it appears that they polished entire car to showroom new finish!! All at a price less than other competitors..... you are crazy to take your car to anyone other than Jacks!!!! read more
