I had Chapman's paint and replace the driver's side mirror on my RV. I brought the replacement…read moresideview mirror in the new manufacturer's box. The job was so-so and not a good paint job. I told them I wanted to keep the old broken one and asked them to put it back in the box the new one came from for storage. They chunked the old mirror not in the box the new one came out of, but, with NO BOX they chunked the old mirror into the passenger floorboard and damaged the center console by gouging & scratching it all up. The whole side view mirror wasn't seated correctly on the door when they tightened it causing it to be wildly vibrating and making squeaking noises. I had to go to Theodore RV Repair to have the mirror attached correctly. The owner Mike is a foul-mouthed, cocky individual that deserves nobody's business. My 2018 Silverado was in need of repair following a accident , my insurance approved the shop …read more Upon dropping my truck there, I right away noticed people just lounging around with numerous cars awaiting repair, and the manager had a very unprofessional attitude , I presented myself and explained to him that I knew the original Owner and that he did a great job on a 1983 240-D Mercedes Benz back in the day , Also the owner bought a 1977 cherry Monte Carlo SS from me for his son . , the manager said he would greet him for me . I Return to pick up my Truck and after inspecting the craftsmanship ,I found the paint job was mediocre with several wrinkles and still some obvious indentations on the metal works, and did not at all match original paint . I checked the Bed in my truck as I keep a complete car wash kit with can of bungee cords of various sizes in the kit , also I had a long 2x2 board that I did forget was in there , All my items were missing , I inquired to what happened to my stuff and they didn't tell me the bed needed to be removed for the repair even though I had called each week asking when Truck would be ready . The employs searched around a little for my stuff , and then informed me the guy who performed that part of the repair was let go . My items were not recovered, of course not their employee stolen them. The manager said before I drove off that he would continue looking and if nothing else he would personally buy the missing car wash kit and bungee kit. I called next day and asked when he could get the items as I was going to be near the shop this day, The manager then said to me , we are not responsible for your missing items and will not be purchasing anything , Charged my insurance double what the repair actually cost !! my advice to any readers on here . Do not take your vehicle here for paint or repair unless you wish to be ripped off !!

Upon arriving home, I found that the passenger side door handles (inside) were not snapped into place and the front passenger door panel (inside) was not installed properly. I fixed this myself easily, but noticed just after a week that the front cap was sagging down, the sides of the front bumper would pop loose, and the front driver fender trim would pop loose. I took the vehicle back, but Devin stated that I must have run over something -- which I did not. After several weeks of back-and-forth between Caliber Collision and the insurance adjustor (by back and forth, I mean that I would call and nothing would happen). As I had an out of town trip coming up, I was eventually forced to file another claim to get the vehicle fixed. I will never use this shop again and caution anyone else thinking about it. Look up their reviews online as I should have done.
