I would give them 10 stars if I could. We came down on a trip with a very serious medical family emergency, and our car was towed due to a miscommunication on parking permits for visitor parking at my aunt's condo association. We got the car back, but the panels of the front end of the vehicle were all shifted out of alignment, the front bumper was loose, the headlights were misaligned, etc. It was a real blow on top of everything else we were in the middle of. Our insurance company recommended Caliber, and we took the car over. We told them what had happened to us, and they did a prompt on-site initial estimate. They also offered to start the job the next morning (despite their busy schedule), and even gave us a ride back to my aunt's. They had the car for parts of two days, and then we got a phone call saying it was finished. We went over, and found that they had done a beautiful job re-aligning the panels and getting everything put back together. When we asked what we owed them to settle up, they said: "It would be an injustice to charge you." They gave us the keys and told us to cancel the insurance claim. We were flabbergasted. This was an unprecedented experience for us. It is uncommon these days to find a company that has such a high standard of customer service, does such professional work, and has human decency thrown in for good measure. A special shout-out to the management staff who must have approved this, but especially to Gidget at the front desk, Ray (who did the estimate and took everything up), and Ian (who gave us the ride back to my aunt's). Caliber Collision was outstanding. I was rear ended on Christmas Eve and was able to get an appointment very quickly after the long weekend. Karen Sommers, my service advisor was very professional, honest, helpful and friendly providing exceptional customer service. She took one look at my car and told me it was unsafe to drive. She immediately guided me the through the process of contacting my insurance company to rent a car. Due to CoVid, there was a bit of wait for Enterprise to pick me up, so she drove to the rental car company location. Then, every few days she texted me or call me to give me an update on my car. She even came in on a Saturday morning so I could pick up the car when it was finished. The car looks fabulous after the repairs. Thank you!!! Unfortunately during the past two years I have had to use Caliber to repair my vehicle on three separate occasions. The damages sustained during my accidents were extensive. But during each visit I was impressed with the superior level of customer service from all staff. In particular the receptionist Krystal is always so friendly and helpful. The front office is clean, attractive and comfortable. Krystal always offers a beverage and snacks. During the repair I dealt mainly with Chris who is awesome. He would text me daily with updates about my repairs. My car has always been returned to me in perfect condition. had the misfortune to have a truck back into our car while my wife was shopping in Walgreens. My insurance company, Liberty mutual recomended Caliber and mentioned that I would get a lifetime warranty ontheir repairs as long as I owned the car.I figured I had nothing to lose./ Well, Caliber turned out to be the best collision c ompany I have ever used in the 55 years I have been driving! Special mention to my estimator Karen who was the best! Every day or two she emailed the current status of the repairs. Her assistant, Gigid at the front desk was equally awesome! He did not even take a good look at the problem that I wanted to know about. He just said it was my fault. Avoid this place at all cost now that David is in charge.
