    Best mechanic after trying others on our diesel Passat. Was honest about what it needed and stated certain items can wait. When other mechanics said to fix these items. Also had other mechanics fix things wrong. Also bought a new used VW experience was perfect finance was very helpful extended certified warranty was better than brand new warranty. Also tire warranty is the best includes rims. These guys and gals. Go above and beyond. Not to mention there auto detail department is the best. Highly recommend this dealership. And the new Jetta is awsome compared it to several other brands best bang for buck and German engineering. One of the most reliable autos on road I've owned 5 VWs now and my son got his second Jetta. Rock on Bob Boast. Thank you

I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs. Thank you Corey.
