Car looked beautiful when we got it back and color match was perfect. Then over the winter I scratched down the side of the car on a mailbox and again they did a great job. Then I backed out of the garage - again - with the hatch open. We keep going back to Premier because our car looks great every single time. The most important thing is the color match on that paint - you can't even tell where all the damage was done. And Randy and Tara are both so easy to work with.

Premier Finish Auto Body was one among a few, but based on their reviews they seemed like a good choice. I am glad I chose to go with them. Not only were they professional and punctual, but they were cognizant of my requests for OEM parts and wanting updates on the progress. They worked with me, answered my questions, and explained things to me that I didn't understand about the process. An extremely important factor in all if this is that they did an AMAZING job on my 4Runner--which I messed up pretty bad. Tara and Randy's work definitely show's that they have many years of experience--in service, and also in cosmetic and mechanical restoration. I'd recommend them for any job.

Mostly-empty parking lot and an empty bay. There was three employees when I walked in and no customers. One on the phone, but two office guys BSing. One looks at me like a deer in headlights - Okay I guess I ask I speak with him? Who knows. I greeted him and before I can even finish my sentence, he says "well do you have an appointment?" No I dont - Im just looking for a quick look and ballpark. "Yeah, sorry we dont do anything without an appointment." Seriously, you cant just take a quick glance? "Nope, everything is by appointment only." He asked the front desk person for dates available but I told him dont bother. If they are this lazy when nothing is going on, I cant imagine how the actual service would be. I mean really... this is the epitome of laziness and no customer service. This was actually the second shop that I stopped at. I wanted at least two estimates. The first shop was friendly - They looked at the bumper, told me what would likely be involved and said they would be able to do a thorough inspection when I bring it in. What they DID do however, is give me a ballpark and showed that they would be happy to earn my business. The second shop wouldn't lift a finger. I miss the days when it was MoJo's. It would have been no issue at all for the owner or his wife to take a quick look. They used to do great work also. I'll be amazed if this place is in business a year from now.

Notice I said they "were". There were very few of my cars made, and sometimes it can be difficult to get parts. This time was no exception, but that was not the body shop's fault. When I picked up the car the I was told that they could not adjust my left headlight and that I would have to have a dealer do it. It was pretty much aimed at the ground, and I called them back to see what exactly happened. They repeated that the dealer would have to fix it. The headlight was fine when I brought it in! I took the car home, disassembled the area surrounding the light housing and found the problem... The headlight had brand new black epoxy on it (with a thumb print), and metal washers to help lift it up. Well, that is NOT OEM!! I called them and they of course had no idea how that would have happened. I sent them high resolution images of the areas in question and they offered to replace the headlamp housing for me. Shortly after, I saw that it was filed under the insurance. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the brand new grill had a big spot taken out of it now. I didn't even bother saying anything... I was done going back and forth and racking up hundreds of dollars in rental car fees. When I got in the car I felt overspray all over... the steering wheel, shifter etc. There is even a lot of overspray on the back right window and I am having a hell of a time getting that off!! I was recently in need of auto body again, and took it to another company - The difference was like night and day!

**DO NOT TRUST THIS BODY SHOP** I was hit by 2 cars in an accident and took my Toyota to this shop…read morebecause of the location and they handled some repairs on my husband's car in the past with no issues. I told them upfront that I was concerned with the damage that may not be as obvious such as computer, mechanical, etc. since the impact was so severe. They said if they did not know how to fix something they would consult another Toyota expert to run diagnostics, etc. A few months after my car was repaired from extensive damage I noticed my car began to violently shake. Long story short my rear alignment was off so significantly that I had tire cords under the tread exposed on my 2 rear tires and was about to have a blow-out. When I asked the body shop if they had done an alignment I was told NO because the INSURANCE company didn't think it was necessary!!! I took my car to a Toyota dealership and found an additional $2k+ in damages not mentioned/corrected with I70. I will be calling to speak to the owner/manager tomorrow. I take it extremely personal that they put my family, especially my young boy, at risk because of what an insurance company told them to check. When I send my car in for repairs to any body shop, I expect that a full check will be done and am trusting the shop with mine and my families safety. The fact that they let an insurance company dictate the repairs is absolutely absurd (and they didn't disclose that fact to me either). They should be ashamed!! I drive highways everyday and had I not discovered the tires in time I could have experienced a blow-out, lost control over my car, and got into a potentially fatal accident WITH MY FAMILY!!! No words can express the level of anger I feel.

While having my Tahoe literally all day, from 6am to at least 3pm with zero communications I finally called them to be told "I don't know" when asked the status of my vehicle. Furthermore, Tom said he hadn't received the analysis report from the mechanic. Well maybe Tom, you should have at least taken the time to contact them for you paying costumer, but instead he said "I DON'T KNOW" WTF?! We rely on having two vehicles!!! It wasn't until the following late morning Tom called me and again seemed soooo disgruntled and miserable. Like he absolutely hates his job! Or maybe talking to costumers! Either way they did NOT do the work, we took our vehicle elsewhere. As we will plan on doing in the future. Tom, you need to probably find a different job with zero interaction with people.
