Not only were they professional and punctual, but they were cognizant of my requests for OEM parts and wanting updates on the progress. They worked with me, answered my questions, and explained things to me that I didn't understand about the process. An extremely important factor in all if this is that they did an AMAZING job on my 4Runner--which I messed up pretty bad. Tara and Randy's work definitely show's that they have many years of experience--in service, and also in cosmetic and mechanical restoration. I'd recommend them for any job.
