The Rivian needed a new hood given all the damaged. However, it is very challenging to get parts to say the least. Grey's team got to work "popping" hundreds of dings and in 4 days the truck looked like new again. No paint, no parts, just sheer talent pushing the dents out. Absolutely awesome work! Wife's car had some serious hail damage. They had the car for 1 week and when we picked it up it looked like a new car. Not a dent to be found anywhere on the car. There was only one guy working when I went in on a Saturday morning to get a small dent repaired. He was working the front desk, handled a walk in for an estimate and still fixed my dent within the promised 20 minutes. The waiting area was nothing fancy, but they had a few chairs and a bunch of current magazines so I was a happy camper! I was a little leery as I took out a "scratch and dent" policy from my dealer for my wife's CR-V. The insurance company took my info and said I would get a call today or next.
