There was NO WHERE to see when the payment was actually due. I found the email from 3/31/2025. "NET 30 DAYS". DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT NET 30 DAYS MEANS????? Maybe you could actually provide a DUE DATE. Before today I would have actually given them a decent rating, but if you go with Thompsons, just know you will be dealing with a bunch of small-town bumpkins who don't understand the basics of business (which is what I went to COLLEGE for - you know, ACTUAL education and training). If you want professional, educated, quality customer service and business portals for payments and understanding your bills, and WHEN THEY ARE DUE, use a different company. Their office staff sounds like a couple of grannies from the family that are just helping out and don't really understand professional business, and certainly didn't go to college for business. They do not care that they are using an archaic payment system, and Julie actually invited me to post this negative review. That tells you everything you need to know.

Dryer sheets all over the floor. It was ungodly hot as well. All the dryers on the top were occupied but the cycle was done. The whole time my clothes were there the dryers stayed. It's local so I'll try again. I know it may be a people problem versus an ownership problem but get someone to come sweep it and wipe things down and please fix the AC.
