Over the past several months, this laundromat has gone down hill. At least 6 of the dryers are…read morebroken, and have been that way for a couple of months now. Furthermore, their bathroom is now out of order, which makes it extremely difficult when you need to be in there for longer periods of time to complete your laundry. The owner is also unresponsive regarding broken machines/refunding your money. I contacted the owner regarding a $5 refund due to a dryer that stopped working after I had already paid. He made me jump through hoops, saying that I had to download the laundry boss app in order to get a refund. Once I did that he told me I would have to scan a machine to process a refund. Once i did EVERYTHING that he asked, he became unresponsive and I never received a refund. I have spent over $500 in this place since September, and it is really crappy that I was treated this way.

Along with doing laundry for others she was able to keep up with the folks who came in to do their laundry by answering questions and helping them out if necessary. She always had a smile and greeted folks as they came and went. I was impressed.

I sent my college son to this place to get a stain out of one of his favorite shirts. He was reluctant, as he does not have a ton of money. I understand charging up front as so many people never return for their clothing. However, they did not deliver as promised. They kept his money and returned an item that was in no better condition than when he dropped it off, also refusing to give him a receipt. I firmly believe they treated him like this because he is a kid and I highly doubt they would have gotten away with this if they were dealing with an adult. There are several dry cleaning companies to choose from in the area. Like Nu Cleaners should be at the bottom of your list.

Dryer sheets all over the floor. It was ungodly hot as well. All the dryers on the top were occupied but the cycle was done. The whole time my clothes were there the dryers stayed. It's local so I'll try again. I know it may be a people problem versus an ownership problem but get someone to come sweep it and wipe things down and please fix the AC.

Machines take your money without registering it so we had to move the clothes to another washer…read more The money return on the machines doesn't work either so lost money both times we came. Multiple machines had "out of order" signs on them. The price also went up on two of the three machines we used once a temperature was selected. We selected "hot" on one and "cold" on the other and both increased. The machine soap dispensers all had gunk in them and were sorry. There was still soap in the machine when it rotated to a stop so I'm sure things didn't get properly rinsed. Garbage can was full and the floor was dirty. The plus side was that there was only one other customer there(who probably hadn't been warned to go elsewhere). Since this is the only laundromat in town, you either will have to make do or go to a neighboring town though. Just bring extra change and keep your clothes from falling to the floor.
