She quickly "checked" me, saying the product was for her and to say she didn't like me sharing my opinion and whatnot...I understand if its for her experience solely, I shut up and listen, but it wasn't. If it impacts my experience as well, my opinion counts. We went to this store together to enhance both of our experiences as a couple. Hi! I went to this store because I was told that they have private video booths. It was lunch time so I decided to go inside and see the booths and enjoy a good release! I've never step foot into an adult store before because the few that I have seen and looked into out of curiosity have all been very neglected, dirty and just pushed me away. After 7 years and moving back to Miami I decided to visit Caliente Adult Store. I heard and read some good reviews so despite the bad location I walked in to look around and but an item I was looking for. On Sunday October 9, 2016 i had the WORST customer service experience ever. The new manager, tall Puerto Rican fellow says he's been there one year made me and three other customers EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. He started shouting in Spanish that everyone needed to "consume" or leave the store. I wasnt even close to seeing all merchadise the store had to offer, when i heard the Manager shout again (this time he did it with an aggressive manner toward a male customer). I turned and asked what he meant by consume. Aggressively, in a sharp loud tone he slammed a dollar on the counter/cash register and said, "see this is to consume." In other words buy something or get out. I told him i didnt quite understand what he meant. He said this applys to anyone, if youre in the store more than 20 minutes then you must by something or leave. 20 minutes to look around or leave? That was ridiculous. I was there looking for something new and different plus a couple of items that were brand-specific. How can any customer walk into the store that size, for the first time, and make a decision on what they would like to buy, when most items are sold as is, for hygienic reasons no returns. The worst part was that I asked for help and the manager came to help but he didn't have any knowledge of what he had in inventory. He looked around for an alternative item as if a door knob is a door know and should fit any door..lol. Considering the location is not safe the manager should be glad to have curious and browsing customers. Avoid this place until a new, friendly and customer focused Manager replaces the one currently there. read more
