THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE BAIT SHOP IN MIAMI ! If you can go anywhere else I would recommend to just go there... last night for 2 dozen shiners that were small as hell $40... I paid it because I was desperate and love fishing. Some of the shiners were already dead he didn't even have the decency to hook it up a little with some extra ones... let alone they don't have a scanner to charge you he comes up with the prices from the top of his head.. JUST ALL AROUND A HORRIBLE SHOP IM JUST WARNING YOU SO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE!! read more

Came with my boyfriend to purchase some bait and hooks, had the pleasure of being helped by Alex. He was super helpful and patient with all of our questions and really took his time on giving us tips for our fishing trip. Not only did we arrive 2 minutes before the store closed but he spent 30 minutes on just giving us advice without us feeling rushed. He truly went above and beyond from tying the line and making us a rig to showing us which hooks we should use and for what type of fish. This bait store was far from our house but I guarantee it's definitely worth the trip! Thank you Alex for all your help and I can't wait to be back soon for our next fishing trip. Be careful, as the open hours listed online are either not right or the owner just pops out as he pleases. This is the third time I go during "open hours" (11:25pm) and there was no one there. Sign up front says call, which I did. No answer. Waste of time there. Nevermind the 24hrs that they claim to be open. Once or twice, maybe but three times, it's a trend. Get your bait elsewhere. However, The few times that I have gone that they actually were open, the bait selection was good. Cash only!! Good idea on the hours, very poor execution. read more

This place is not open 24 hours. I got there on a Monday at 10:30 AM, prime business hours and the signs says open but there is no one there. You have to call a number and the guy says he will be there in five minutes... I ended up waiting 25 minutes and left without anyone ever showing up. Very unprofessional. read more

I went this morning for some bait and advice, gentleman running the store took the time to help me set my kids rods up for our 1st fishing trip to tropical Park, he took his time showed me some knots and did not try to baffle me with fishing jargon. The store was not open when we arrived but a sign on the door said to call a number and he opened 5 mins later, will definitely go back for more bait and advice. This is not a real 24hour tackle shop owner is never there and closes store whenever he feels like it . Called to buy bait at 10:30PM on a Friday and they were closed then he tried telling me they're only open 24hours If i spend $50 or more . Either your 24hours or you're not . There's something nostalgic about running up what used to feel like a mountain, but in actuality is a hill. Additionally, though there is a regulation 400 m track on the bird road side of the park that opens early, I am not one to arrive somewhere before the sun comes up. That being said the hours of operation are convenient for folks who are visiting and want to just relax or for those that are training for something physical and getting healthy and prefer being outdoors instead of inside a gym with recirculated air Tip: the distance from SW. 56th St. to SW. 40th St. is exactly 1 mile. If you run along the west side of the park, you can literally run safely without heavily tracking distance and instead focus on the run and how you feel I highly encourage anyone who hasn't been to this park to visit it and touch grass every now and then . I love it and I will continue doing so anytime. I'm in town.

Really just a cute farm. I honestly didn't even know this was here. It's located in a neighborhood. There is also a horse stable next to the farm, Showclass Stables. We had a great time and this visit to My Little Farm Davie helped the kids earn a loop for Cub Scouts. Woohoo!
