Throughout the transaction, Danielle was very professional and communicative. We came into a hurdle, and Danielle was very hands-on and solution oriented. What really helped us were her connections. I highly recommend working with Danielle and her team. They are absolutely awesome.

Throughout the process they were knowledgeable, responsive, and very professional. They are also great people who truly care about their clients. When we sold my original home, their marketing strategy and guidance worked extremely well -- we received $50,000 over the asking price and found a buyer within a week. When I purchased the townhome, they negotiated a $5,000 credit at closing and a 14-day close. Later, when I needed to sell the townhome for health reasons, they again found a buyer within a week and closed quickly. They were always quick to schedule showings for any listings I wanted to see and took the time to really understand what I was looking for so they could fine-tune the search. They demonstrated a high level of integrity and genuinely cared about doing what was best for me. I truly appreciated working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the South Bay.

We worked with Chris on two separate occasions: (1) as legal counsel on a potential real estate…read moretransaction and (2) as our real estate agent to buy our new home in Santa Monica. Everyone has high praises for the real estate agent they work with but Chris brings a unique combination of expertise that very few others can match: realtor, lawyer, property manager, and investor. Chris's decade-long career in Biglaw, personal investment in real estate, and founding his own real estate brokerage means he's well equipped to handle any type of transaction. His brokerage isn't a sprawling mess of people looking for a quick buck and he was attentive to our family's needs. Chis can immediately review CC&R or any other legal documents and provide quick feedback in situations where most realtors could not. Chris has been a part of many complex legal and real estate matters, which makes him a great advocate that pays attention to all the details. Lastly, Chris's concise communication is a huge asset, especially when involved in any number of precarious situations while buying a home (e.g. multiple-offer situations, oddities with title, deadlines). In short, Chris has unique expertise that sets him apart and I'm glad to have found him.

Moved from the SF bay area to Southern California in April 2014, while I was temporary staying in…read morethe valley and looking for a rental in San Pedro. Made an appointment with Clint Miller to look at a house. I was there early and when he came he told me that he had forgotten to bring an application. (How can you show a rental and not bring an application?). Fortunately, I was prepared and had brought my own document, already filled out. My income was about 10 times the rent, so, I didn't expect a problem. He showed me the property and I gave him my applicaiton. The ad had said that dogs were accepted and I had brought my dog with me, so that he could meet him - a German wirehaired pointer. I made it clear that I was looking for something immediately and he assured me that he'd get me an answer quickly. That was on Monday. Tuesday he called me and had some questions, which I answered. Wednesday I heard nothing, left a message. Nothing on Thursday. On Friday I decided to give up on them and drive down to San Pedro again. I found another house, that was rented directly by the owner. They checked me out within a day and I moved in. Clint never called me back. I ran into him a few months later , when he was putting a 'for rent' sign up at a property. I confronted him with the other owner standing there and he said that he was just too busy (but not too busy to take my application fee). And that he thinks that the owners decided that they didn't want a dog. That house stayed vacant for at least another month, as I kept driving by. Frankly, I own quite a few properties in Georgia, that I manage myself and this is far below acceptable standard. I'm glad it didn't work out, because I can't even imagine how difficult it would have been getting anything fixed or any other necessary communication. He clearly also isn't aware of laws for property management, because you can't just advertise that dogs are allowed, take an application fee and then turn down a tenant, because they have a dog (I wasn't actually turned down, since they thought that not contacting me at all, I would just get the point and go away.)

He was prompt, knowledgeable and showed the property more than any other agent in the area. He also had solid vendor contacts that helped us turn around the property.
