I can honestly say I have never bought a thing here that I don't get excited about every time I look at it or wear it and I could never find these pieces anywhere else. We talked to the fellow working there - was that Tim? - and he was very kind. He told us the history of the house (a former funeral home) complete with some anecdotal ghost stories. The shop itself is huge. Despite its size it is easily navigable. There is an impressive collection of lanterns hanging from the ceiling on the 2nd floor that I found particularly neat. Sadly, while I did find some items that would've worked for what I was looking for, nothing was reasonably priced. I didn't know if haggling was acceptable so we just decided to move on. In any event, there is lots to browse through. If you're planning a visit set a side some of your time!

Value not very good, the prices are quite high, $22 delivery. I was debating ordering from a big online florist but had a very poor experience with them in the past so I chose a local florist. As to service, really lacking. They do not send a delivery confirmation. How dumb! I called to verify the very expensive display had been delivered and the woman that answered was very clipped and borderline rude. I kept starting a sentence and she cut me off repeatedly. She confirmed that they do not send a delivery confirmation, very poor customer service. I'm many hours away from recipient, it would be nice to get a delivery email AND it would avoid having to call Neubauer's and speaking to an employee who is annoyed to (imagine this!) answer a customer's question! Won't order from here again. I do hope she stops answering the phone for other customers, she has zero people skills.
