Since it was energy and water efficient, it didn't fill with enough water to actually clean the clothes, wouldn't agitate properly like a washer should, and was just in general and all around piece of crap. The salesman understood and recommended a Speed Queen old school washer. Unlike many other stores, Sprowls actually had one in stock so I didn't have to order it and wait. I bought it, picked it up, and was able to use it the very same day. And, I am very happy with my purchase. The machine works perfectly and does the job that a washing machine is supposed to do. It fills to a level that I can control, has an agitator that actually cleans the clothes and has enough power to do a full load. I would highly recommend both the store and the machine.

They then told me it's up to my bank when the money appears on my account even though they caused the problem in the first place. I've had to do extra work for their mistake when it wouldn't have happened if the job was just done correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous, disheartening, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating.
