And had to stay for 15-20 minutes to pick up a reimbursement over western union. It took long to create a profile for me, the staff was apologetic and I appreciated that. Horrible costumer service, employees are very rude and ask unnecessary questions like "why don't you have a card??" Um cause I don't? I've been going to California check cashing all over Sacramento for ICSolutions payments. I've always made a $10 payment every time. ($5 phone time $5 California check cashing fee) I've been here twice to do it in the past month with no issue. Yesterday they would not help me. They told me ICSolutions has a minimum payment which I never heard of before so I contacted ICS where they told me there is no minimum limit. They just didn't wanna help me. After I stood in line for 20+ minutes when there was 2 people being helped and 5 employees behind the counter. Not going back. Hope it gets shut down read more

I've been coming here since it's opened on and off for different things. When I walk in there it's always so nice and cold on hot days that's so awesome,especially because their very busy and sometimes your there for a little bit. This is a very busy location for sure, I know going there that certain times of the month this place is busy. I've never had a rude employee and I'm in there every two weeks. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have my own bank I bank with and went here as my bank would take a day to deposit. I went to cash a check from the financial board thinking it would be quicker with he knowledge of paying the fee. Which I totally understand, I was there for about 45 minutes with one person ahead of me. I went to the counter and just as expected encountered 3 employees. The first lady attempted, but was puzzled so she passed me to the "more experienced employee". As she was looking at the check to confirm she typed in the wrong address and said " The address is pulling up a different name than the financial board". I was surprised as at the same I pulled up the same address to find the actual building...Mistake 1. Shortly after she said, "In 16 years of seeing checks I have never seen this one" . Very concerning as your seasoned employee never seen a check from the financial board??? Mistake #2. Keep in mind I went to my bank a hour before but was told I would have to wait a day or so....But the "season employee has never seen a check from the board.. Woah. The same employee goes to her "Boss" and he did not look too educated as his mannerisms spoke for itself. She sarcastically was speaking about me to the boss about the check..(by the way the boss was a aloof and must have just got promoted to the kitchen from fries )..as if it was a fraud?? Lol she through they check back to me and said cant do it bye. Well ...what do you know.. I went back to my bank and deposited and funds will be in my bank at midnight.....Long story short - This place speaks to you as if your dumb and treats you like it as well. If you going to tax the heck out of a check...At least have some respect and act like you work in a respectable place. I understand they may seem some things working on Watt Ave. But Geesh....Have some class people...No wonder why you have been working there 16 years. read more
