Scammers !! They charge you $200 in broker fees. Find you the worst case 3rd party insurance . Plus on top of that, they lie saying they speak to people you know well that they sent them your info and that how I fell into their web and got insurance! Monique Jordan is the worst rep to work with in this office. at the min i called to cancel my policy, they mentioned I would have too go in person to get that dealt with at any branch office, and I asked well what's the nearest me, she basically told me to google it myself in other words to go f myself!!! What a bitch! Don't do business here people! They're not polite when you cancel policies or they know they're about to loose money !! This is my favorite spot to go to get insurance. I dont know who is in charge of the hiring at this location but they got a winning team. I was recently helped by Angela to get squared away on my SR22. I was welcomed warmly treated with respect and helped by proficient brokers. When i left i called two other people who i happen to know were shopping for insurance and sent them to Cost U Less North Highlands. Went in yesterday after work and the customer service was great. Tuan, my agent, found me a quote that i absolutely love and was every affordable. He didn't up sale me anything else and gave me different options that i could choose from. He had me in and out within minutes and was every helpful. Well I just got an email saying my review here was deleted so I'm doing another one.... My fiancé and I came to this company for help finding auto insurance they recommended Stone wood insurance you can go onto their Yelp to see their reviews I put one up too but they were absolutely terrible I stayed with them for 3 months each month my payment went up about $10. And after speaking to managers they couldn't tell me why it went up just said this is what it is. So I called Cost-U-Less for help because they were the ones who recommended them. They said we have absolutely nothing to do with this and we can't help you. I paid them $100 just in broker fees for a middle man that just screwed me over. After being taken for a "down payment" which is a hidden broker fee they told me my down payment is non refundable where it never states that EVER in their lame contract. I would give them less than 1 star but that's not possible on this app. I purchased car insurance from them on June 6. They told me that it covers first and last months bill. I went on vacation and when i came bk i had a letter in my mailbox stating that my policy had been cancelled for non-payment. I called to find out why and they stayed at that my first month's bill was due on the 24th of June. I said that's not possible because I just got the policy on the 6th of June so my first bill I was told was not due until July 6th. They told me that that was inaccurate information and that was their company I had to pay a bill in 2 weeks and therefore they cancelled my policy and I had to pay a reinstatement fee of way more money than what I paid to start the policy. When i tried to complain about this, they told me that this was accurate and they apologized for misinforming me bt they will not offer a refund. So now i have to file a small claims court case tomorrow. Smh.. read more

This has to be the least professional company I have ever dealt with and it's on the verge of a scam and I will explain why. So I went in to this office and they had no customers except me so they weren't in a rush and it took them a while to get me decent insurance at best which I am fine with waiting if the job is done right. When I walked in I made it clear I have a Lien Holder and they need to be in the insurance policy and the agent I had made it clear that would be done and that they would contact my Lien Holder and I wouldn't need to worry about. I paid a 200 dollar broker fee for them to just do their job of finding me insurance and doing there job which they failed to do. If you promise that I don't need to worry about contacting the Lien Holder and that they have it all covered I expect it to be done for 200 dollars. I realized in my email my Lien Holder was emailing me that I don't have insurance and that was after I got insurance through this broker. This a MASSIVE problem because if you don't have a Lien Holder under the policy name and have them know that you have car insurance they can add thousands of dollars to your initial loan and keep adding a more so if I didn't notice these emails it could have put me into debt and that's all because I trusted this broker that charged me 200 dollars to do their job and they failed. So I wouldn't be writing this review if I could just call them and have them fix their mistake promptly but the fact is they couldn't even do that. I called the exact office I got the policy at which is the north highlands location and they instead of fixing their mistake didn't bother and transferred me without an apology. I was transferred THREE times and was on hold for over 45 minutes to have a simple problem resolved when the broker who I paid solid money couldn't even be bothered to do it. I shouldn't be charged 200 dollars when they can't even do the job and who knows I will update if more problems occur which I am expecting because based on how poorly this broker did their job I wouldn't be amazed if something else went wrong and that over 45 minute call wasn't enough. Do not play with car insurance, have a proper place help you not this place and don't say I didn't warn you if something happens after you come to this place. read more
